Dear Sir,

We thank you for your order and we hope to finish it as soon as possible. However, due to the size of the order, we do not expect to complete the entire order within 3 year, primarily due to the fact that the vehicles are partly built by hand and thus have a longer building time than regular trucks or cars. This is particularly the case for the firefighting vehicles.

VLT is indeed able to convert the C7 commercial vehicle into an ambulance. This has been done before for several Van Luxemburger ambulance services, and is done by placing a container-like construction on the chassis, behind the cabin, which wil be mounted in such a way that the container will be attached to the cabin by a streamlined roof unit that will also contain the front light bar. The vehicle has a ‘single step’ entry at the rear entry door of only 40 centimetres from the road surface into the patient area. This makes getting in- & out particularly simple. Inside the vehicle, there is sufficient space for an average person to stand in, and no less than 3 persons can have a seat inside the vehicle, next to the patient. The medical equipment and supplies are within reach of the treating doctor, making life-saving operations easier. The air suspension makes the vehicle extremely comfortable, making the transport of heavily injured patients easier. The tailgate of the vehicle has been constructed in such a way that it will shield the medical personnel from the weather when performing treatment to a patient on the street, while also warning other drivers of the vehicle's presence. The vehicle also has a tail lift to make it easier for the onboard personnel to take patients aboard of the vehicle, as a complete stretcher can simply be driven onto the lift, and will then be automatically lifted into the vehicle, taking the stretcher to the correct position immediately.

During the construction, light weight materials were used to keep the weight of the ambulance down. Under Van Luxemburger regulations, the vehicle is classed as a regular automobile instead of a truck, as the weight is below 3500 kilograms. This brings significant advantages, such as a truck driving license not being required.

The C7 is equipped with roughly the same technological advancements as the Monteluci Duca Pantera, including the night vision camera and the integrated dispatch system. The total price of a C7 in the described version would be $200,000. This includes the required lifesaving equipment such as a stretcher and various electrical appliances such as a defibrillator.

Hoping to have sufficiently informed you,

Kind regards,
Signed,
Cristiano Marino,
Interim Director of Sales,

From The Ministry of The Interior of The People's Republic of Jungastia

Dear Sir,

The Ministry of The Interior of The People's Republic of Jungastia has decided that our fleet of automobiles requires updating, having previously consisted of Mercedes-Benz 600 Grossers, BMW 7-series, and Rolls Royce Phantoms, and The Supreme Benefactor has personally selected your Marque as the sole recipient of the contract to supply our Glorious Nation with a large fleet of luxury armoured cars for the use by our dignitaries and both the official transport of The Supreme Benefactor and a range of sport saloons, SUV's and small compact golf-buggy style vehicles for His Personal use on his one-thousand acre estate in the highlands of Our Glorious Nation, we have allocated a budget of Ü250million ($200million) and we would ask for you response as soon as possible of your advice on what vehicles would suit us from your range.

Dear Sir,

We are honoured that your nation has chosen VLT as the supplier of your governmental vehicle fleet. For the luxury armoured cars, we would like to refer you to the Monteluci Ducareale VIP, an armoured saloon which can supply you with best possible protection available on the market today. Furthermore, the smaller Monteluci Duca E can be used for escort tasks and for lesser dignitaries to be transported, once again providing similar protection. For The Supreme Benefactor, we can of course offer the highly exclusive VLT L8, a saloon that will provide the most luxurious automobile experience on the market today. Furthermore, the VLT L7 and Monteluci Ducareale in V12 trim can be regarded as the ultimate sport saloons, while the VLT L9 is an SUV that can get you anywhere you'd want to be. For a smaller golf-buggy style vehicle, an L1 would of course be a possibility, as it is the smallest automobile we have in our model range.

Of course, we shall leave it up to your own decision whether or not to order these vehicles, but you are of course welcome to return with other questions you might have regarding our advice.

Kind regards,
Signed,
Cristiano Marino,
Interim Director of Sales,

From The Ministry of The Interior of The People's Republic of Jungastia

Dear Sir,

we have reviewed your suggestions, and have consulted The Supreme Benefactor, who would require the VLT L7 as His personal transports, naturally these would be expected to be armoured to withstand many type of weaponry available to terrorists and be of extended wheel base
Our order stands as stated below:
3 VLT L7 GT 6.3 V12 - Black, with blacked out windows and specified as above
5 VLT L9 3.5 V6 340 - Black with blacked out windows and armoured
50 VLT L1- White
22 Monteluci Duca ‘VIP’, V8 Biturbo - Black with blacked out windows and armoured
10 Monteluci Ducareale 'VIP' 4.7 V8 Biturbo - Black with blacked out windows and armoured
100 VLT L10 3.0 CD - Black with blacked out windows and armoured

We would also like to inquire about the development of a range electric and hydrogen cars for the exclusive sale in Our Glorious Nation, we would of course finance the development and production

Dear Sir,

We thank you for your order. All vehicles should be delivered within one year, including the required modifications to the VLT L7 - This vehicle will be constructed alongside the Monteluci VIP vehicles, in order to guarantee optimal protection. The extended wheelbase will be incorporated into the design, and will eventually lengthen the car by 40 centimetres. The remaining cars will be uparmoured to a NATO B7 standard, in order to withstand small arms fire from rounds of up to 7.62x39mm in size, while the VIP Montelucis will be delivered as factory standard models, readily armoured, in the requested colour schemes.

As of now VLT does not have the required technology to construct fully electric and hydrogen vehicles readily available. Even though they may be considered as under development, accessible hydrogen and electric vehicle technology would result in the worldwide availability of such vehicles, and as such, we shall be unable to provide you with an exclusive model range, as this would simply take too much extra design work.

Kind regards,
Signed,

We would of course be very interested in becoming the sole provider of automobiles to your nation. As of now, we hope we can meet the demands with our existing factories. Dear Sir,

We thank you for your continued interest in our company. We have calculated the total of your inquiry to be 6,826,875,000. Due to the size of your order giving us significant size advantages, we can discount your order to 6,815,000,000. With the size of this order, we hope to be able to deliver the order in yearly phases, in which the last vehicles will be delivered after 6 years. This is mainly the case for the firefighting vehicles and the ambulances, which are part-handbuilt and require a longer construction time. The Monteluci police vehicles are assembled on a production line and can be delivered within 2 years.

Hoping to have answered your questions,

Kind regards,

Dear Sir,

We thank you for your message. As of now, we would be interested in acquiring a license to purchase 3 million tyre sets (tyre sets being 5 tyres, as a reserve tyre is still part of our standard equipment) per month, of the VF tyre family, for our light commercial vehicles. We find it hard to determine the actual types of tyres ordered, as our customers are free to choose the optional alloy wheels. However, our orders will only consist of 15 and 16 inch tyres, with T and H speed ratings, and we hope to maintain a sizeable stock of these tyres.

Sir,
We are pleased to announce that a new company is being formed in our nation this very moment.
The new company, which will be revealed to the public in the upcoming days, requires fast, stable, 'green' door to door delivery vehicles.
After making a deep market research, we have found the C6 as the vehicle we are looking for.
Therefore, we would like to order 15 C6 (1.6 CD 120) with 16:9 navigation system included.
We require the new vehicles to be delivered as soon as possible.

Looking forward for a great business relationship with the VLT group,
Prince Gorge, on behalf of the new company.

For our new crews in The Sultanate of Shaff, we will obviously need a new fleet of vehicles.
Therefore we would like to place the following order:

25,000 additional C6s (1.6 CD 120) with 16:9 navigation system.
35 C2-310 4x2.

We would like to get the first deliveries next month, followed by up to 2,000 vehicles on the following months.

Due to the current financial situation of The Principality of Sophisticism, we will not be able to pay the whole bill in one payment.
We would like to separate the payment to 60 monthly payments. We would also request a slight discount for ordering such a vast amount of vehicles from your company.

Sincerely,
Prince Gorge, head of state, and Chi'ao Oxford, CEO of Sophisticated MailTM.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your order. We have decided to free up the capacity of an entire production line to deliver your order. This will take effect immediately, meaning we can indeed meet your demand of 2,000 vehicles per month until all vehicles have been delivered in a total of 13 months. The ordered light trucks (C2) will be delivered with the third shipment.

The extended payment period, in which 60 monthly installments are to be paid, is acceptable to us. However, due to the extended payment period, we are sadly forced to levy a small interest rate on the total order value, including discounts. This interest rate will amount to 1.7%. We hope this is acceptable.

Furthermore, due to the size of the order, we can offer a 5% discount on the total order value. As has been stated before, this discount will lower the amount of interest to be paid as well, as the total order value will decrease.

Kind regards,
Signed,
Cristiano Marino,
Interim Director of Sales,
VLT Automotive Group N.V.
