I already contacted a fellow arms merchant and close ally who has supply me with an abundant amount of bombers for half the cost of the order I put in. While I offer a barter along with the traditional NS currency, the bartering items could of be excluded from such order, but that is fine. That is fine that you hold these values against my nation as it's merely a blimp on my country as my country has wonderful suppliers and stockpile to exclude this transaction from our ledger.

it is convenient you would appear to complete transactions, some a year or so old, to spite me which is amusing nor effective. Anyone seeing my military inventory would say one nation refusing to sell to me, really won't cause any long-lasting harm. Why would you only now complete transactions to nations who has vanish from the NA map?
