I have been charged with procuring equipment for a special unit to be assembled in the near future assigned with a light combat/exploratory role, and of course, while we have substantial quantities of equipment of our own, the fact that this is to be an international operation dictates that we operate using international standards, rather than our own idiosyncratic methods, both Lyran Arms' role as an international standard-setting enterprise and the consistent militant-abolitionist stance of the Protectorate of Lyras makes Lyran arms a favored supplier. We make the total price of this package some NS$6,669,500, but are prepared to pay more if required, to ensure a rapid turn-around on this. We would also request provision of ammunition supplies for these weapons, sufficient to provide several thousands of rounds per gun for the smallarms, and several hundred for the grenade launchers, for which we are willing to run to a further million. Where appropriate, a male-bias standard distribution of sizes should suffice. We doubt numbers of participants will actually reach 200, so this should suffice to provide for most users.

The Regional Army has finally taken into it's head that the Javelin might not be the end-all of anti-tank weaponry. As such, they placed in an order for a new but similar weapon which is available from your company. Given that it appears to be sourced from the same manufacturer - or at least the same country of origin - as the YA-42 which our air-force of which the limited production models so far have been rather popular amongst the rank and file. In addition, we would wish to purchase the domestric production rights to the LY4030 and LY4031, as a way of providing universal SAMs across the Regional Navy, rather than only arming Lyras-bought vessels with them. In addition to this, the Auxiliaries have requested a weapon with 'rather more kick' than the Lacero, and so in order to take down targets more efficiently in CQB without needing a full-size rifle, they have requested the LY47 and LY46.
