In case Lyran Arms is not aware of the current Judean situation, there is a very high threat of war between two factions within the region. Minnysota, supporting Sanctum, is on the side of the rival faction's leader, Tergnitz. After viewing the HK7 missiles that have been sold by Lyran Arms to a variety of nations, including Tergnitz. Whilst tensions between Minnysota and Tergnitz have not risen to the threat of stationing forces on the border, we fear that our products will be used to attack our allies. Furthermore, we must request that no further HK7s or HK7As are sold to Tergnitz until the Judean crisis has been resolved.

a) We have purchased multiple times before here on Lyran arms, handled through Lyran Arms-Lamoni and Lyran Arms-Anagonia-Yohannes. Neither required a full calculation of costs before purchase.

b) Pray tell where I can find the DPR cost so I can calculate. They are not to be found here on the storefront, nor in the threads of the products themselves.

We have sat idly back, watching as the Proctectorate and its largest military contractor, Lyran Arms, pumped out technologies and weapon systems for the whole world to use. Many of these products have ended up in Minnysotan hands and in the wake of national crisises with other nations, the weapon systems and technology offered by Lyran Arms has prevailed for us.

During our time as a customer of Lyran Arms, our two governments have come to trust one another. A Minnysotan military contractor even made a contract with you, allowing you to sell their family of missiles, far and away the most advanced home-developed military technology Minnysota has ever given to the world. OOC: It is the DPRs and the accepting orders thing... that's what Lyras literally just said over IRC.

Foreign Production Program
States and/or entities held in a high degree of trust by the Lyran Protectorate may apply to host a Lyran Arms Foreign Production Detachment. The size of the detachment can be negotiated, and the detachment provides oversight to the host state's production of Lyran Arms hardware for international sale. That state or entity may then, pursuant to the size of their Production Detachment, answer orders from this thread. The host state is then entitled to 50% of the profit from that order. Enquiries by telegram.
