Harl L' Qu'mados Technologies has incredible concepts, and we believe a solution to one of our nation's pressing issues lies with the Plant City Islands. Tsona has a very short and limited coast that is at capacity - the port infrastructure and waterfront high-rises dominate what little oceanic access we have. Given the population and density pressures, we would like to purchase and configure a Plant City Island.

However, we do have a few questions. There seems to be a Unit, Module, Node - are we correct in our assumption that the $20.5B price is for a Unit? Also, although the projects are optimized for equatorial regions, Tsona has a cooler climate, more akin to the North Sea. The water are calm. Would this present an issue?
