Portions of this order can not be filled, instead you are welcome to, and we suggest you purchase Domestic Production Rights for most of the items. For example, if you want the DPR (Domestic Production Rights) for the B-16A Peregrine Bomber you would have to pay a $500 million charge, then also purchase 100 airframes produced & delivered for you by us, then you can build as many as you are able to as long as you don't sell them.
We suggest and encourage the same thing for the: UNV-1 Dolphin, T-307 light tank, T-8A1 Sprite light tank & A-17 Warhawk II. As for ALL OTHER AIRCRAFT and ALL OTHER NAVAL VESSELS ordered: the order is on hold pending further review by The Phoenix Milita Navy, and Government due to the massive quantities indicated, if even possible would not be realistic and could bankrupt Phoenix Dynamix. Further discussion about building shipyards in your nation may be had at a later date.

Along with that, Golyna would like to purchase 2 Devil Ray Class concrete submarines, to be towed behind the two Sea Horse Class subs. Oh, and the admiral wants a new car, so we would like to order one Phoenix Redline Coupe in the V8 engine model(corruption and all lol).

Cost: 27.8 billion

We know this is a big order, so if you cannot fill it immediately that's completely acceptable. Also, this is a big money purchase for Golyna's historically underfunded navy, so thank you in advance for this order.
