We have noted the release of the Astela class, and hereby order forty-eight (48) submarines for delivery to Brixton Naval base. We also note the release of the AOPA scheme, and subsequently request that our DPR for the AR5R1 to be converted to an AOPA. While on the subject of AOPA, we also wish that the facilities which will gear up for the AR5R1 AOPA also gear up for AOPAs of the AR9R1, Modelyr 10 Rifle Grenade Family, the MG3R1, and the Illusions Ordnance.

As for geographical location of the AOPA facility, we are more then willing to locate you at a disused army base of which part of it is used for FMCs of Argus Industrial Manufacturing Incorporated. If accepted, we are willing to sign agreements so that Anemonian personnel may live on site at the houses and security personnel have powers of detainment prior to arrest by Belfrasian Police.

Estovakian National Armaments is currently undertaking a development project for an IFV, dubbed the AALV, and we have been discussing a proper networking suite for the vehicle. We have made the decision that the SAIC system used in your MA9A2 vehicles, because of it's amazing flexibility and ability to manage many the many different tasks the vehicle will need to complete quickly and efficiently.

Therefore, we desire to take out an informal procurement agreement on the SAIC networking suite. This suite will be deployed in all standard AALV vehicles, and we would like to make an initial purchase of 2,000 units for testing purposes and initial production.

The starting price for each SAIC unit has been set at 400,000 USD by FOAM IECpl, the manufacturers, in order to cover the cost of dispatching specialist personnel to oversee initial installation and optimisation with your vehicular systems.

Concerning the informal procurement order, the Directorate of Regulation has indicated that it would be permissible for the State Arms Export Authority to issue a long term procurement agreement under the following conditions; recognition that this agreement may be ceased at any time for national security purposes, that procurement will be performed at constant, low levels as opposed to large bulk purchases to ensure the retention of spare capacity at all times, and that those SAIC units procured through this program by your corporation be used exclusively as a component part of the AALV IFV and that all alternate uses of SAIC, including in variants of the vehicle, should be brought to the attention of the Directorate for independent review.

To whom it may concern at Anemonian State Armaments Export Authority,

The South Estovakian Marine corps has directed me, as the commanding officer of the 3rd Assault Group, to find a MLRS for use within the 3rd AG, and the marine corps as a whole. Previously, we have used only conventional artillery systems, but the decision has been made to find a MLRS that will fit our current needs. As a force of 2,000,000 men, operating in a highly volatile environment, the 3rd AG needs to maintain full spectrum dominance against all threats.

Therefore, we would like to purchase 50 MA9A2 MLRS for field testing. We would like to request delivery at Port Freemont, Federated Croatia. Payment will be achieved by a direct wire from the Estovakian Central Treasury.
