I would like to inquire as to the cost and possibility of purchasing the domestic production rights for the Arsenal Karonin SR10 .338 Lapua Magnum Semi-Automatic Sniper Rifle, Arsenal Karonin SR10R1 .338/.50 Semi-Automatic Precision Rifle, IFAM SG2 12-Gauge Semi-Automatic Shotgun, YrC9 'Arkantyr' 155mm Self-Propelled Howitzer, and above all else the Archeron M.Cs 82 'Illusion' Multirole Combat Fighter, which we believe to be the finest multirole fighter aircraft on the market today, and uniquely suited for the needs of the Angelan military. While I understand that the sale of such DPRs would be an act of very considerable trust, I can only inform you that I represent not a government in a conventional sense, but a church, and therefore an institution for which moral principles are paramount; while the sale of these DPRs would be an act of great trust, I promise you that such trust would not be misplaced. Unfortunately, the sale of Domestic Production Rights for vehicles is not under consideration by the Holy Office of War at the moment, and your request must be denied for the time being. Given the objectives of the State Arms Export Authority, to provide the domestic arms industry with external demand for its products, it is our belief that the sale of production rights would run contrary to that objective by exporting potential demand and thus denying the Anemonian labour force both jobs and income. Additionally, the technology employed in these assets' production is highly sensitive, and the strategic implications of technology transfers on this scale are regrettably too great to be a decision made solely on the basis of financial gain.

With this matter concluded, the State Armaments Export Authority, with the authority vested within it as a subsidiary of the Holy Office of War and that of Crown and State, hereby approves your request for small arms domestic production rights. Payment, unless otherwise specified, should be provided in a lump sum following delivery, the date or dates of which will be specified in a separate attached timetable document for your use and approval.

We are aware that this order would include the following:

• 620x MA9A2 APC
• 40x MA9A2 RV

It is part of Montignan military policy to avoid foreign procurement whenever possible, to focus on the development of domestic defense solutions. However, we are also aware that our domestic manufacturing industry lacks the capability to create military-grade vehicles on the competitive and tested level of products sold by the ASAEA.

Our total order comes to the sum of US$ 6,000,000,000.00 (US$ 6 billion). As we have previously discussed, the Counsel of War is willing to pay the full amount over equal annual payments over ten (10) years, with an annual interest rate of 5.2%. Upon confirmation, the initial sum of US$ 996,113,093.04 will be wired within a full working day to the financial institution of your choice.

It is worth noting that unfortunately, the Counsel of War is currently uninterested in the range of ASAEA's small arms that are included in the Army Start-Up Package. Feel free to deliver the products to the Montignan port city of Piemont. In response to your query concerning the replacement of the 12.7mm RWS, the Ortel Powered Remote Weapons System is designed for high level flexibility of armament. As such, provided that the system is provided with the relevant software and physical compatibility modules, it will be able to accept most weapons up to 40mm grenade launchers and a selection of launcher units. Please contact the manufacturers directly (FOAM IECpl) with details concerning those weapons you wish to fit on the Ortel in service, and we will ensure that the RWS systems shipped are programmed and fitted for full compatibility.
