I, representing by full authority and dictation the Anago-Yohannesian Imperial and Royal Ministry of Foreign Affairs in conjunction with that of the Imperial and Royal Ministry of Defence, would like to represent the ministerial decision to purchase a total of 15,000 AR3R1/mod sF3 Sharpshooter Rifles, for a total of US$27,750,000.00, or twenty seven million and seven hundred fifty thousand universal standard dollar.
