Well I just though MRAPs because they have became more and more used on the battlefield then IFVs for sure but I do like the British Panther which is the Iveco LMV. Well I can understand the time thing. lol Just look forward to your work.

I can understand your thoughts behind the MRAPs because the few conflicts that I have been in here in NS have been conventional wars more or less. I can also see your reason for modifying LMVs if the need arises to need a MRAP that you can just use an LMV design for it to go from there. I just look forward to your new designs. Triumvirate has been awarded the bulk of the construction contracts for Sea Branch Aviation, with an order of no less than 48 "Illusion" Model FD twin-seat carrier fighters. In addition, we would also seek to purchase a single unit of the Astela-class of Strike submarine.

Owing to the size of this order (NS$6.84BN) a considerable portion of the total annual budget (adjusted for rate of exchange) of Sea Branch, we are proposing to pay for this purchase in annual payments at the local prime interest rate (for a total of 2.9%), over ten years. This would merely be the first contract issued to the ASAEA's partners from SSD, and further such orders could be expected from Land and Air Branch.

By the authority conferred by His Majesty the Emperor, Emperor of Fransce, King of Iltalya, Protector of the Confederation of The Rheim, Mediator of the Union Franscaise,

I would like to inform you of the decisions taken by the Supreme Military Council of the Imperial Alliance concerning the application of Imperial Military Decrees A32B1 and A32B4 about the financing and equipment of the Imperial and Confederate military forces for the next five years.
As part of a project to modernize the imperial armed forces, a decision was made to use foreign service providers, in the face of delays in our own military industry in the development of equipment to meet our operational needs and military obligations.
To this end, a panel of experts specially formed for this occasion brought to our attention the many similarities between the type of equipment produced by ASAEA and that in service within our armed forces. This is an important point insofar as these affinities, both from the material point of view and from the use of the forces, seem to make it possible to envisage a rapid adaptation of our forces to the use and deployment of productions and various equipment conceptualized and produced by ASAEA.
To this end, in accordance with the above-mentioned imperial decrees, the Imperial Armed Forces would like information on the possibility of an order of US $ 60 billion (equivalent to 10 Army Start-Up Package) to equip ground forces the Imperial Army.

• Tier I (end of 2017-2018) : Equivalent to 3 Army Start-Up Package
• Tier II (2019) : Equivalent to 3 Army Start-Up Package
• Tier III (2020) : Equivalent 4 Army Start-Up Package

This offer includes the possibility of extending the order of two Tier, in priority to other orders from other customers, on condition that the quantity of materials ordered by the Imperial Armed Forces is not lower than those of the Tier I Or II.
The contract would also provide for the possibility for the Imperial armed forces to modify the composition of the packages ordered, at the end of each Tier, according to the specific or immediate needs. At the same time, the armed forces undertake not to engage in breaks in the production of materials and to prevent, within a reasonable time, any change in the order.
Regarding the production of these materials and equipment, if we believe that ASAEA wishes to retain some control over the production process, it seems reasonable to us that part of it, in view of its volume and the envisaged duration of the contract , are placed under the shared responsibility of the imperial military industries and ASAEA.

For this purpose, we propose the following options:

• 1/ The first Tier would be for three quarters produced within the ASAEA factories, outside the Empire. A quarter of the production would be delocalized in the empire, this via the possibility of opening factories in Fransce, placed under the authority and ownership of ASAEA. The second Tier would be 50% produced by the subsidiaries of ASAEA in Fransce. The third Tier would see the entire production realized by subsidiaries installed in the Empire. At the end of the contract, the installations would pass under the authority of the Imperial Armed Forces, with a DPR excluding any marketing of ASAEA products but only domestic use.
• 2/ All Tier would be produced by ASAEA in its own factories with the possibility, following the realization of the 3 Tiers, of the installation of production and maintenance chains in the Empire. The issue of the total price of the order will have to take this aspect into account, in particular on the transport costs of the ASAEA product material to the Empire.
• 3/ All the production would be located in the Empire, on one or more sites chosen by ASAEA and validated by the imperial authorities. Upon completion of production, factories would pass under the authority of the Imperial Army, with no commercial DPRs, but only for domestic production for the armed forces.

In any case, the production of this equipment should be conditioned by the imperial army obtaining a limited DPR allowing it to maintain its military capabilities in the long term and made the necessary improvements. This limited DPR does not guarantee any right to commercialize ASAEA products but a right of use and maintenance.

It is understood that all these conditions are, in the present state of things, negotiable. However, they should direct our discussions towards the satisfaction of interests on all sides.
