A good day to you and your fine nation - to have the militarily gifted Prussians as one of our allies are indeed something that I personally look forward to. And while the griffins may not be of great use due to the more or less industrialised nature of our nation and the day to day lives of the common Yohannesian men and women, I do certainly welcome the introduction of these honourable beasts to join the rank of my endless exotic collections: of eunuchs, flowers, Hunger game participants, Bangka flowers, and as of tomorrow... griffins.
As for your brewing firms and assorted institutions affiliated with the aforementioned, well, I certainly would welcome their introduction to the burgeoning Yohannesian market with open arms. The assertive presence of more foreign competitions are certainly something that I entirely believe in, and the further allowance of licenses towards Prussian steel products are certainly something that I also very much can promise to your Excellency.
And what would I ask for in return of the above generosities, you might well ask. I can not ask for anything more than quite simply the permission of your government. The permission for us to manufacture grey objects of steel and of virtues. The sound of the barrels, optics and electronics assembled and tested. The rumbling of the overweight Panzer tracks. I simply ask for you to allow VMK to expand its industrial presence within the borders of the Prussian nation.

I certainly hope to hear only good things from you pertaining to the above, and while I can not dare to expect much for such would certainly not be the appropriate thing for me to expect; I do certainly hope for your thorough consideration to this personal letter.

On May the sixth, the Year of our Lord, at the Board of Directors daily online meeting, the Board declared the 'Vangaziland Foreign Investment Scheme' voting session, resulting in a 8-2 voting with 8 in favour of its passage, and 2 not in favour. As discussed in our private meeting two days ago, the Project Director of our joint programme shall not, without the written consent of both VMK AG and the Ministry of Trade or equivalent of Vangaziland, be vested with the authority to act a representative of the Joint Management Board.
Secondly, any party that is dissatisfied with any decision taken by the Project Director - who will be of Vannish origin and/or nationality - in the performance of his or her duty, may refer the matter for a review by the Joint Management Board and the Board, following its review, shall confirm, revoke or alter the construction of any project in your designated industrial area. Until the review procedure relating to the aforementioned project planning is finalised, both parties shall act in accordance with the decision of the Joint Project Director, who will be also be of Vannish origin or nationality.
Thirdly, both VMK AG and the Ministry of Trade or equivalent of Vangaziland shall cooperate and work together in good faith. The preparation and submission of each project site must be evaluated with the cooperation of goodwill and Vangazi-Yohannesian joint interest at heart. Both parties shall furthermore give the required commercial, technical and related information required for the successful implementation of the aforementioned joint projects.
