In regards to the location of the assembly plants, it is likely that we be using three, or possibly four locations.

The internal computers, and basic shell of the missile will be manufactured by two separate factories, located in Midgard City, Radiatia's third largest city, while we will manufacture the engine and warhead in factories located in the State of Miitlania, most likely in the City of St. Angersburg.

I do warn you that the factories will be located in two different states, which means there may be different restrictions and regulations, however unless VMK AG are going to be operating the facilities themselves then this will unlikely be of much concern to you.

If you DO wish to charter yourselves in the Radiatian Federation, please do not hesitate to contact me as this can be a complex process. Otherwise, I will personally ensure that all personnel you send to aid us in setting up these factories will be supplied with special visas.
