We do not have any quarrel with your company, but we would like to try to make things a little bit better. I was wondering if you could in any way revoke Duck's production rights of the Battle Tank and even find a way to transfer them over to our side. We need them to protect our last outpost of resistance on Zamora Island, but as a "breakaway" state of the original Obamacainese state we do not have any direct control over the production rights.

I can understand if neither of our wants can be met, but I hope that something can be done.

Sir Shandel,

Thank you for your positive letter and statement. I have spoken with the Board of Directors in regard to your inquiry pertaining to the development of a tank design as specified within your request. Unfortunately however, the Board of Directors has decided that it would be against the interest of VMK to develop such an unproductive, wasteful armed designs.

The Board of Directors believe that the attachment of a 180 mm gun would be excessive, notwithstanding the lack of field mobility and technical turret reliability which would in most probability accompany such a design. Furthermore, we believe that the development of the L/M model has more than accomplished what VMK needed as of the present, and therefore the addition of a heavy-purposed tank would not be needed as of the time being, due to its unreliability and various other complex issues which may arise with the design itself.

We thank you for your attentive inquiry, and do hope that the above answer would indeed be sufficient to answer your represented entity's curiosity.

Mr. Brinkerhoff, I would like to thank you for your time in considering our order. As you may or may not know, Norjagen is in the process of recovering from a rather lengthy civil war. There are, of course, foreign powers who would take advantage of this weakened state to force their will upon our people. To prevent this, we look to you, among several other arms manufacturers, in an attempt to bolster and modernize the Norjagen Defense Force's aging equipment.

We would like to purchase 2 modified Panzer Packages, with the proposed changes listed in bold.

5x Bergepanzer 2E armoured recovery vehicles
5x Panzerschnellbrücke 2E rapid bridge tanks
200x Pseudonaja utility vehicles
1,000x VLT M5 military trucks
The Incursor and Cannondale attack helicopters have been removed. The current inventory of close air support craft is deemed adequate at this time.
40x TH-300 Lakota utility helicopters

We would appreciate a proposed price and ETA on two of these modified packages, at your earliest convenience.

We are also in need of a number of S-400 Strategic SAM systems to secure the border of our country against unwanted airborne incursions.
Each system should consist of the following.
3x 5P90S/SE Self Propelled Transporter Erector Launcher

1x 96L6 Acquisition Radar

1x 92N6E Grave Stone Multimode Engagement Radar

1x 55K6E Command Post

We are capable of providing plans for these systems, but lack the manufacturing muscle to put them into domestic production within our intended strategic defense timeline. If you feel you are capable of producing these units, please include a proposed per-system cost and ETA on 45 such systems.
