Official Contract

1. 387 Communications will provide 300 million units of LS/MCS 87 (B) within two year, which will be delivered to the port of Fuk Yu in The Ani Nations by ships under Ani Flag. The Ani Military, upon arrival of the products, will wire 568 NSD for each delivered radio to the 387 Communications account via local banks. The total amount of NSD paid to 387 Communications upon delivery of all products will be 170.4 billion NSD.

2. 387 Communications will provide 50 million units of LS/VCS 12 within two year, which will be delivered to the port of Fuk Yu in The Ani Nations by ships under Ani Flag. The Ani Military, upon arrival of the products, will wire 833.5 NSD for each delivered radio to the 387 Communications account via local banks. The total amount of NSD paid to 387 Communications upon delivery of all products will be 41.675 billion NSD.

3. 387 Communications will provide dedicated repair center in civilian cities near military base, with a total of 7,500 support personnels (Repair personnels included). Each personnel will be paid a total of 3,000 NSD per month for a total of 22.5 million per month, and 270 million in wage per annum. This part of the contract will last 10 years, and maybe extended upon request from the Ani Military.

4. 387 Communications will be provided with a plot of land measuring 700 meter x 700 meter in the city of Fuk You for the purpose of producing spare parts, repairing heavily damaged radios and replacing old / damaged radios in Ani Military. The factory will be built within six months, and given without cost to 387 Communications. Spare capacity can be used to repair and produce radio parts for civilian use. As a side-condition to this, the radio is considered saleable on civilian market. 387 Communications should prioritize the production capacity of said to Ani MIlitary Use. In exchange, the Ani Government will provide 2 million a month as subsidies to the factory. This part of the contract will last 10 years, and upon expiration of this part of the contract, it maybe extended upon request from Ani Miltary. Should the Ani Military choose not to extend it, this part of the contract is declared void, with 387 Communications retaining the factory, without the need to prioritize military order.

5. 387 Communications will provide spare battery packs at 4 USD each to replace outdated rechargeable pack in the Ani mIlitary. The facility for producing spare packs will be located within the factory mentioned in statement 3.

6. 387 Communications will provide spare parts, and repair to LS/MCS 87 (B) and LS/VCS 12 at discounted price, including the one damaged in battle. The Ani Military will pay the full cost of any maintainence. The facility for production, once again, will be included in the factory mentioned in statement 3.

7. This contract is to be revised after ten years, upon which, either side may require its cancellation. Should 387 Communications cancel the contract on their part, the factory mentioned in Statement 4 will be taken over by Ani Government with a compenstation of 40 million to produce vital spare parts for Ani Military.

8. All sums above are to be net sum, with the sum calculated after any tax by the Empire of Ani. An exception is made for Factory and Support Personnels, who still need to pay income tax.

9. All orders directly from Ani Military are exempt from tax. Note that the Empire of Ani have no sales tax for most products, radios included.

Furthermore we have come to discover that you are currently in the process of the designing and development, along with field testing, of the Pz.Kpf.W AY2-1N "Panthera Kruger" Heavy Battle Tank. We would like to make it clear to our brothers in Yohannes that we would like to recieve test models of these as soon as they are ready for export by our Gothic brothers, this tank, if it is all that we hope it is, will fit within our schedule for the armored core very nicely.

2. 387 Communications will provide 50 million units of LS/VCS 12 within two year, which will be delivered to the port of Fuk Yu in The Ani Nations by ships under Ani Flag. The Ani Military, upon arrival of the products, will wire 833.5 NSD for each delivered radio to the 387 Communications account via local banks. The total amount of NSD paid to 387 Communications upon delivery of all products will be 41.675 billion NSD.

3. 387 Communications will provide dedicated repair center in civilian cities near military base, with a total of 7,500 support personnels (Repair personnels included). Each personnel will be paid a total of 3,000 NSD per month for a total of 22.5 million per month, and 270 million in wage per annum. This part of the contract will last 10 years, and maybe extended upon request from the Ani Military.

4. 387 Communications will be provided with a plot of land measuring 700 meter x 700 meter in the city of Fuk You for the purpose of producing spare parts, repairing heavily damaged radios and replacing old / damaged radios in Ani Military. The factory will be built within six months, and given without cost to 387 Communications. Spare capacity can be used to repair and produce radio parts for civilian use. As a side-condition to this, the radio is considered saleable on civilian market. 387 Communications should prioritize the production capacity of said to Ani MIlitary Use. In exchange, the Ani Government will provide 2 million a month as subsidies to the factory. This part of the contract will last 10 years, and upon expiration of this part of the contract, it maybe extended upon request from Ani Miltary. Should the Ani Military choose not to extend it, this part of the contract is declared void, with 387 Communications retaining the factory, without the need to prioritize military order.

5. 387 Communications will provide spare battery packs at 4 USD each to replace outdated rechargeable pack in the Ani mIlitary. The facility for producing spare packs will be located within the factory mentioned in statement 3.

6. 387 Communications will provide spare parts, and repair to LS/MCS 87 (B) and LS/VCS 12 at discounted price, including the one damaged in battle. The Ani Military will pay the full cost of any maintainence. The facility for production, once again, will be included in the factory mentioned in statement 3.

7. This contract is to be revised after ten years, upon which, either side may require its cancellation. Should 387 Communications cancel the contract on their part, the factory mentioned in Statement 4 will be taken over by Ani Government with a compenstation of 40 million to produce vital spare parts for Ani Military.

8. All sums above are to be net sum, with the sum calculated after any tax by the Empire of Ani. An exception is made for Factory and Support Personnels, who still need to pay income tax.

9. All orders directly from Ani Military are exempt from tax. Note that the Empire of Ani have no sales tax for most products, radios included.

And so I turn to Vereinigte Waffenindustrie des Yohannesisches Königreichs, arguably the most deadly of the merchants of military equipment, and do so offer the entire Appropriation of Armoured Vehicle budget, currently standing at Three Hundred Fifty Million NSD, for Vereinigte Waffenindustrie des Yohannesisches Königreichs to outfit and equip all our armoured divisions.
