The People's Republic is impressed with the AY-1 "Serenity" heavy tank, currently in service.
However, we have also been watching the development of the AY2-1D "King Tiger" medium tank with keen interest. It seems to blend manoeuvrability with firepower using a smaller chassis than the Serenity and a heavier gun than the Tiger.

As such, we would be interested in purchasing two-hundred fifty-two (252) of the AY2-1D King Tiger medium tank platform, to fit out 5 full Armoured Brigades with the King Tiger in our expanding Army, and two Reserve Divisions.

The Western Seaport has a deep-draft dock large enough to accommodate cargo ships of such size. The Samozniy Canal, which has an entrance close to the Western Seaport, has unloading docks along its length for overflow use.

Subject : Domestic manufacturing license.

Dear sir and/or madam

This letter has reached your desk for your request upon the domestic manufacturing license of the PzH AY1-H1 has been accepted. The total cost of the aforementioned battle systems license is US$43,000,000,000.00 (fourty three billion universal standard dollar). The fund is to be wired electronically to the VMK AG's account at the banking institution of Yohannesische Bundesbank, or any other alternative of banking institutions of your represented entity's own choosing.

Related ammunitions and spare parts's manufacturing license will be granted so as to establish an ease of logistics and operational use of the aforementioned battle system. Related spare parts and ammunitions however, can only be produced domestically for the use of the aforementioned battle system, and may not be produced for export and/or non-profit distribution outside Lykosia.

Protocol of the VMK AG has stated that while any future modification made by your represented entity, once the battle system has been cleared, granted, and payment wired, would be categorically regarded as that of your represented entity's full right(s).

As to be noted however, that VMK AG will not and shall not accept any blame and/or responsibility for any possibility of performance and technical problems associated with any modification made by your represented entity upon the aforementioned domestic manufacturing license's production of battle systems.

VMK AG will provide material and technical assistance and personnel aid upon the successfulness of domestic manufacturing establishment and rapidity of production output and manufacturing base within Lykosia upon the aforementioned battle systems.
