This letter has reached your desk for your request upon the domestic manufacturing license procurement of the Pseudonaja PMV has been noted upon by the Board of Directors and Foreign Acquisition Division, and accepted in finality.

The total cost of the aforementioned domestic manufacturing license acquisition will be that of US$1,250,000,000.00, or one billion and two hundred fifty million in universal standard dollar denomination. Monetary borrowing payment plan, if need be, may be utilised through the Yohannesische Bundesbank, federal banking institution of the Kingdom of Yohannes.

Related ammunitions and spare parts' manufacturing license will be granted so as to establish an ease of logistics and operational use of the aforementioned battle system. Related spare parts and ammunitions however, can only be produced domestically for the use of the aforementioned system, and may not be produced for export and/or non-profit distribution outside New Hayesalia and her territorial sovereignty. Designations and name of the systems may also be changed to suit your national identity.

Protocol of the VMK AG has stated that while any future modification made by your represented entity, once the systems has been cleared, granted, and payment wired, would be categorically regarded as that of your represented entity's full right(s).

As to be noted however, that VMK AG will not and shall not accept any blame and/or responsibility for any possibility of performance and technical problems associated with any modification made by your represented entity upon the aforementioned battle systems.

Before we may begin however, we will have to inquire as to a series of basic questions, which will be inquired upon due to the fact that these questions has been indicated by the Yohannesian Foreign Investment Office as a series of compulsory inquiry upon a foreign entity, preceding the aforementioned entity's participation, and investment within the nineteen federated countries of the Kingdom of Yohannes.

Do the Ruffnekian Government respect the basic of individual freedom, justice, and liberty within her sovereignty?

Ooc: Notification for an in-context development which i am about to announce soonish.

Basically due to the recent acknowledgement and realisation of the lethality and potential of the AY2-1E Panthera Tigris, and after multiple talk with Yohannesian close allied states, the Yohannesian Federal Ministry of Defence has ordered VMK (AG) to restrict all export and DPR of the said main battle tank.

The restriction will start from the moment this ooc post is posted, and will be followed with a formal in-context announcement soonish. This is purely in-context in character, and is there due to various in-context factors.

Although the AY2-1E is now restricted for sale and its DPR is even more restricted, however acceptance will still be given, albeit in a case-by-case basis, to only selected nations which hold positive economic, diplomatic and military relations with the Kingdom of Yohannes.

To all nations and related entities which has been sold the AY2-1E, don't worry. This in-context development will not affect the said trading agreement at all. To nations which as of the current already acquired the domestic manufacturing blueprint license of the AY2-1E, do not worry as well, for this in-context development happens after the deal has been finalised.

This restriction will also be in effect for all future main battle tanks (the future AY2-1L and AY3 series of tanks) of VMK (AG), unless specified in its product page as otherwise.

For a while now, the Imperial Armed Forces have been looking for a replacement for our Panzerhaubitze VI Ausf. F "Marter" Self-Propelled Gun and a newer "Heavy" tank so that we can phase out the Panzerkampfwagen V Ausf. D "Fasan" Medium Tank and properly downgrade our Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf. Upon proper review by Stavka and the O.K.W, we view that the AY2-1G "Panthera Pardus" and AY2-E1 Armoured Howitzer would be the best replacements to suite those roles. With that being said, and if it suits you as well, we would like to formally ask for the domestic production rights of the AY2-1G and AY2-E1. We would, of course, have the factories under the supervision of a VKM-AG officials, and are willing to give you the payment necessary for the required materials. If you would be as so kind as to accept, we will transfer the funds to you immediately upon your confirmation of our order.

This letter has reached your desk for your request upon the domestic manufacturing license procurement of the aforementioned inquired systems has been noted upon by the Board of Directors and Foreign Acquisition Division, and accepted in finality.

The total cost of the aforementioned domestic manufacturing license acquisition will be that of US$329,350,000,000.00, or three hundred twenty-nine billion and three hundred fifty million in universal standard dollar denomination. The fund is to be wired electronically to VMK AG's respective account at the banking institution of Yohannesische Bundesbank, or any other alternative of banking institutions of your represented entity's own choosing, at the latest by 22 October 2011.

Related ammunitions and spare parts' manufacturing license will be granted so as to establish an ease of logistics and operational use of the aforementioned battle system. Related spare parts and ammunitions however, can only be produced domestically for the use of the aforementioned system, and may not be produced for export and/or non-profit distribution outside the Confederate States and her territorial sovereignty. Designations and name of the systems may also be changed to suit your national identity.

Protocol of the VMK AG has stated that while any future modification made by your represented entity, once the systems has been cleared, granted, and payment wired, would be categorically regarded as that of your represented entity's full right(s).

As to be noted however, that VMK AG will not and shall not accept any blame and/or responsibility for any possibility of performance and technical problems associated with any modification made by your represented entity upon the aforementioned battle systems.

VMK will provide material, technical assistance and personnel aid upon the successfulness of domestic manufacturing establishment and rapidity of production bases within the Confederate States of Anagonia upon the aforementioned systems. A signed document has been attached simultaneously with that of the related blueprint materials, together with the ratified agreement regarding future establishment of VMK manufacturing centres, factories and electronics facilities within the territorial sovereignty of the Confederate States.

Ooc: It is with sadness and shock, that it seems someone accused my tank design as a copy of someone else' tank design.

Now, one of the thing i despise the most, is when someone talked behind your back, especially when you've been nice to the said person all along, and everything has been alright.
