The Imperial war Ministry would like to purchase 6,000 PiPz AY2-AVEE Asquith Combat Engineering Tanks with our specially requested siege gun and also would like to purchase 30,000 extras at a future date which we wish to pay for also now and we will be purchasing more tanks and vehicles at a future date when the time is right oh and could we please be put on a special list for in the future as we are wishing to becoming a very regular customer.

Usually when I write a letter their is an internal debate about what to add or the context of it appearing too strong or too weak. But in present circumstance, such liberties are unavailable. It's come to our attention that a Purchase Order from the Empire of Greater Evil Imperial Japanese Dystopia, written by the Emperor himself, has reached VMK AGs processing centre.

We would like to highlight that the Dystopian Empire has commited offenses against the Kingdom of Belfras and indeed other likewise thinking nations, their excuse changing so often that of this writing their are 29 different reasons. For example, they have launched a campaign of aggression in the otherwise peaceful region of Fruria, their boshevik allies conducting nuclear tests on the island while at the same time invading and stamping life out of the undefended Quendi colonies present. Another example of why this order should be blocked lies with pointing out the Empires current war with the suitably named 'Quendi Coalition'.

It is with these examples of the Empires misconduct and their tyrannical 'crusade' to purge those who do not think like them that I humbly request that your nation block the sale they have requested and continue blocking sales to them until their global war has finally finished. I do not ask out of selfish gain, but as one humanist to another seeking to prevent a psychotic and evidentfully crumbling government from gaining access to armaments that may well keep the war continueing longer then it should at the cost of many, many more innocent lives.

As the designers and manufacturers of the Pseudonaja PMV, SCDS objects to the Empire of Greater Evil Imperial Japanese Dystopia obtaining the DPR to our vehicle.

This order has highlighted a flaw in our product offering - we do not wish our vehicle to be used for the proliferation of violence against innocent people. We designed this vehicle to help legitimate governments protect their citizens, not terrorise them and others. The lead designer, Jean Dieu de Soult has personally expressed his sadness at the prospect of the vehicle being used in such a way.

I trust you understand our reasons for reaching this decision which has not been taken lightly. We do not wish to slow down the sales process by approving all DPR requests for the vehicle, but we will reserve the right to deny the sale of the DPR to any entities at our sole discretion.
