It is with considerable joy that The Republic of Alexiandra announces it has completed field testing of the AY2E main battle tank, generously loaned to our nation by the Kingdom of Yohannes, its original manufacturer nation. It gives the government of our nation great pride to announce that all tests, including armament and battlefield stress examinations, were completed free of incident and resulted in a resounding success. The AY2E was able to conform to all of our required standards, surpassing them in a brilliant feat of engineering. The Parliament would like to congratulate the militarists of Yohannes on designing and building such a durable, powerful vehicle of war. The eight craft have now been reset to their default state, stored, and placed upon a trusted government cargo ship bound for Yohannes. It is our hope that these vehicles will arrive safe and whole at their rightful owner's designated choice of port. Alexiandra will proceed to wire the two hundred million pounds initially agreed for the domestic production rights of the tank to Yohannes. In exchange, we request that a document signed by the VMK AG's leadership be sent to our parliamental office, on the address detailed in the upper right of this communiqué. We ask that this document contain all relevant paperwork regarding the granting of DPRs to the Alexiandran military. Once there, it will be signed by the Defence Secretary, Alex Fantra, and will then be put into effect. After conducting some changes to the original design, the vehicle should begin manufacturing within the next year.
We sincerely thank The Kingdom of Yohannes for its gracious co-operation during this purchase, and look forward to a prosperous future of business between our two nations.

Signed, David Blechant, Prime Minister of The Democratic Republic of Alexiandra.
