Related spare parts and ammunitions however, can only be produced domestically for the use of the aforementioned battle system, and may not be produced for export and/or non-profit distribution outside Megadia and her territorial sovereignty. Designations and name of the vehicular systems may also be changed to suit your national needs.

Battle networking systems will be set at default so as to promote ease of integration towards any domestic networking and battlefield integration of your own alternative choosing. Electronics and sensory, together with the pre-packaged advanced fire control system may be changed according to alternative utilisation, however VMK AG will not claim any responsibility in the case of any possibility of negative performance as a result of such an initiative.

Protocol of the VMK AG has stated that while any future modification made by your represented entity, once the battle system has been cleared, granted, and payment wired, would be categorically regarded as that of your represented entity's full right(s).

As to be noted however, that VMK AG will not and shall not accept any blame and/or responsibility for any possibility of performance and technical problems associated with any modification made by your represented entity upon the aforementioned battle systems.

The said addition of battle system order shall be concluded by approximately sixteen days' time, and will be delivered safely and in-full by the associated Yohannesian K.u.K.Kriegsmarine Oceanic Maritime Trading Co., to the designated major port within the territorial sovereignty of the Kingdom of Megadia.

As an answer to your inquiry, the E variant of the AY2 series of tanks, that which is designated as the AY2-1E Panthera Tigris, was designed by that of the VMK Bureau of Research & Development, with the purpose of establishing a qualitative Yohannesian-manufactured dominant and well-protected, tactical combat longetivity-wise, together with the array of electronics essential upon the maximum utilisation of its tactical effectiveness within its formational role of engagement. As of such, the cost of monetary limit was not included, as one would have observed notably within the AY2-1E's array of state-of-the art electronics and sensory systems, together with its multiple utilisation of the Adversus and Hauberk armour layers.

Thus the AY2-1G was designed, manufactured and in finality, fielded by that of the Yohannesian Wehrmacht.

Your represented entity's doctrinal application and technicality, together with Wolfenium's geo-political terrain situation, will without a doubt, offer the obvious final solution behind the choice of either fielding that of the AY2-1E or AY2-1G. More armour protection and tactical domination, or that of a more mobile land capability.

The air and atmosphere was that of thickness and tension, gaunt faces seen through every corner of the town. The hand-clapping of patriotic song, murmur of enlistment dissidents, filled its Nordstormian bars and dancing halls every now and then. The loud, sharp clanking sound of soldier's boots and the pattern-like grumbling of tanks track filled the port's surrounding. The sweet, intangible smell of saltwater's reach, crushing upon the multiple logistical ships lined upon the Port's edge.

Port Osvald, within the city of Osvald, was once considered one of the five major ports within the Kingdom of Yohannes. Longetivity peaceful period however, has shown that even the five major ports, Osvald included, cannot withstand the lack of activity which befallen such a port.

Today however, was a different day. The last two days alone has counted, registered within the local export record, over two hundred armoured vehicles and tanks passed for export, and delivered towards their respected cargo ships.

Shifting through the list of record, Xaver Haas observed that the majority of export destination was that of Megadia and Wolfenium, scribbled respectively with date and numbers included.

Yet another clanking of the boot, dinstinctive at first. It approached slowly, followed by a sharp knock of his room's door.

"Monsieur Haas..? The next delivery has arrived.. we await your signature upon its commencement and standard passing..."

Ah, he thought non-chalantly, eyes wondering in a detached manner. Yet another course of export delivery has arrived. These terrible, heartless, automatic mobile machines, exported to yet another foreign entities. Bloodstain and the sorrow befallen the human losses inflicted by the walking nightmare. The Yohannesian Government at its worst. No, he thought to himself. Corporate greed at its worst.

Ooc: I was writing all of it to closely give the impression of Yohannes' in-context connection with the design as much as possible, hence why there are quite a lot of NS background and history being put into the design's writing. Regarding the bullet points... i have tried doing it, in the form of paragraph-wise description and explanation of each features utilised by the AY2-1E. I guess i just got taken up by the fact that i enjoyed writing it for the sake of my enjoyment... rather than for its readability purpose.. which i will then have to admit to be 100% my fault in entirety

"How did you get this!?" blurted Aurel at his desk as he looked over the documents. The purchase of the domestic production rights could not have come at a better time, as peace talks continue to strain under heavy scrutiny.

"Paid in full, no less!... I don't know how I did it," Sigurd admitted cheerily, his companion clinging on to him like a puppy, "but I managed to convince them to sell us the rights. Cost a hell of a lot, though. Then again, I can't really complain when our defence budget covers nearly four-tenths of the entire allocated reserves in the treasury. Still, the top brass was overjoyed at the news. I almost found it hard to break the numbers to them. Almost..."

Aurel chuckled as his guests took the opposite seats. Nodding off, he said, "hopefully, the day won't come when these tanks will be needed. I hope your negotiations is going as planned. That reminds me! I forgot to congratulate you on your assignment as Chief Negotiator! What happened?"

"Oh," Sigurd said, waving his hands off, "the Reichstag put in the approval. They were getting really pissed with my predecessor."

"Baroness Hilda?" asked Aurel, "yeah I remember Geert going all naggy about it. He said she was the best hope they had. Not that I question your abilities, but I'm a bit worried about how you intend to put the treaty up."

Sigurd felt a bit put off by the comment. He knew if there was one thing Aurel never approved of, was his party leaders, especially Chancellor Paulus. The contractor was no fan of the Nationalists, but ironically, he needed them to continue his contracts with the military. If not for his personal ties with Sigurd, he would never have gotten a break into the industry. Even Aurel admitted it was underhand, but his desire to prove himself a successful businessman made his discard his pride that time. Just that once.

"No sweat, Aurel," Sigurd assured, "whatever it is, I'll still work on making that treaty. But you have to admit. Her Excellency's (Hilda's) draft is far too lax on those invaders. After all, they started this whole mess. Why should we clean up for them. Life isn't fair, Aurel, and we know it. But if it's going to remain that way, I'd rather it be unfair to us.

But don't worry," he proclaimed, getting off his chair, "I'll get that treaty up. I'm sure of it. Because we all know that whatever the outcome, Amythyst is bound to lose out in the end. I won't let this nation be bogged down with them. This, I swear."

As he departed from his office, Aurel could only turn his swivel chair back. Facing the portrait of the Kaiser, he could not help but think which of Sigurd's words would he make good of.

"I really hope you know what you're doing, Sig..." Aurel uttered to himself, "because I really don't want to see those days again..."

This letter has reached your desk for your request upon the acquisition of one hundred PzH AY1-H1 has been noted upon and accepted in finality. The total cost of the aforementioned vehicular systems order will be that of US$600,000,000.00, or six hundred million in universal standard dollar denomination. Monetary borrowing payment plan, if need be, may be utilised through the Yohannesische Bundesbank, federal banking institution of the Kingdom of Yohannes.

We would like to thank you for choosing us, VMK AG, as one of your chosen land vehicular systems manufacturing entities. Our armoured vehicles have been tested in multiple wars and arms insurrection internationally, and the Kingdom of Yohannes has been known throughout the 20th century and up to the present year of 2011, as one of the multiple strong competitors of armoured fighting vehicular development and research.

We hope, in the face of any future probability, that of either the defence and/or interest of your represented territorial sovereignty, that the chosen vehicular systems shall contribute effectively, and with efficiency. Satisfaction, we hope, will be achieved, and we dearly thank you for trusting us, VMK AG, as the chosen vehicular systems distributor of your represented entity.

The fund is to be wired electronically to VMK AG's respective account at the banking institution of Yohannesische Bundesbank, or any other alternative of banking institutions of your represented entity's own choosing, at the latest by 08 October 2011.

Related ammunitions and spare parts' manufacturing license will be granted so as to establish an ease of logistics and operational use of the aforementioned battle system. Related spare parts and ammunitions however, can only be produced domestically for the use of the aforementioned battle system, and may not be produced for export and/or non-profit distribution outside Lost Earth and her territorial sovereignty. Designations and name of the vehicular systems may also be changed to suit your national needs.

Battle networking systems will be set at default so as to promote ease of integration towards any domestic networking and battlefield integration of your own alternative choosing. Electronics and sensory, together with the pre-packaged advanced fire control system may be changed according to alternative utilisation, however VMK AG will not claim any responsibility in the case of any possibility of negative performance as a result of such an initiative.

Protocol of the VMK AG has stated that while any future modification made by your represented entity, once the battle system has been cleared, granted, and payment wired, would be categorically regarded as that of your represented entity's full right(s).

As to be noted however, that VMK AG will not and shall not accept any blame and/or responsibility for any possibility of performance and technical problems associated with any modification made by your represented entity upon the aforementioned battle systems.

The said addition of battle system order shall be concluded by approximately seven days' time, and will be delivered safely and in-full by the associated Yohannesian K.u.K.Kriegsmarine Oceanic Maritime Trading Co., to the designated major port within the territorial sovereignty of the Republic of Lost Earth.
