Designations and name of the vehicular systems may also be changed to suit your national needs.

Battle networking systems will be set at default so as to promote ease of integration towards any domestic networking and battlefield integration of your own alternative choosing. Electronics and sensory, together with the pre-packaged advanced fire control system may be changed according to alternative utilisation, however VMK AG will not claim any responsibility in the case of any possibility of negative performance as a result of such an initiative.

Protocol of the VMK AG has stated that while any future modification made by your represented entity, once the battle system has been cleared, granted, and payment wired, would be categorically regarded as that of your represented entity's full right(s).

As to be noted however, that VMK AG will not and shall not accept any blame and/or responsibility for any possibility of performance and technical problems associated with any modification made by your represented entity upon the aforementioned battle systems.

The said addition of battle system order shall be concluded by approximately one hundred fourty-one days' time, and will be delivered safely and in-full by the associated Yohannesian K.u.K.Kriegsmarine Oceanic Maritime Trading Co., to the designated major port within the territorial sovereignty of the Holy Empire of Stevid.

Regarding your question upon the availability of land systems which will easily fit the role needed by your represented entity, i would like to personally direct you myself towards two particular systems within VMK Defence AG's catalogue of exportable land systems. These are the Pz.Kpf.W AY2-1B and Pz.Kpf.W AY2-1G of the AY2 series of main battle tanks.

Regarding a more specific inquiry, i would like to know primarily regarding the doctrinal preference of the Swkoll represented defence forces, in the preference of either tactical mobility or tactical point of breakthrough capability. If the former is the case, it is with assureness that my previous recommendation would indeed be the right choice of systems designated for your represented entity. If however, the latter is the case, then perhaps the Pz.Kpf.W AY2-1E would indeed be a better choice.

I am Thomys Leighton, CEO of VCS. Verkhoyansk Combat Systems is Daemyrs's sole producer of Main Battle Tanks. While the company began as the small Verkhoyansk Artillery Foundry, in 1853, it has grown to seven sprawling factory-complexes. These produce the venerable American-designed M1A2 Abrams MBT, along with domestic APCs and light tanks. We believe that these could easily be retooled to produce VMKs vehicles. This would benefit VMK by adding 7 plants to help with production, as well as benefitting VCS by reducing our dependence upon American designs. All that we ask is that we are allowed to produce vehicles under our own name.

However, we will require an assurance beforehand that the assembled vehicles will be in no way whatsoever be sold to foreign entities without our approval. Medama Alice Williams,

As the Most Serene People's Empire of the Quendi Nation and the Greater Amanitte State is a highly decentralized confederal entity I am unfortunately not able to provide a simple yes/no answer to any of the three questions in your inquiry. Numerous entities in half communion with Ar-Minalêth are exempt from but a handful of the most central tennets of Amanitte law and as such it is likely possible to find entities under Heaven which could reply negatively to all of the questions.

I shall however try to answer the questions in accordance with the standing policies of the Central Government and the Grand Assembly of Ar-Minalêth itself, the grand assembly from which any investment will come as a result of the location of Imlad Alcedina within its jurisdiction, with elaborations on the customns and practises of autonomous entities of the Empire. I hope this is satisfactory.

In regards to your first question concerning the respect for the civil liberties as they are called in Aman I can, for the Grand Assembly of Ar-Minalêth, and all of the wider empire, its lands and dominions, regions and provinces yes. The centralized government considers the promotion of civil liberties to be its highest purpose. Only the entities with the loosest possible arrangement with the centralized government is allowed even the slightest divergence and those entities who fail to honor the human rights convention has, and will always, been disciplined into compliance even if such discipline infringed on the sovereignity of the entity in question, as the centralized government only considers sovereignity to be its second highest purpose. As such I don't believe the Yohannesian Foreign Investment Office will find any reason to concern on this matter.

Pertaining to the second question the centralized government is in compliance with all WA procedures regarding trade and commerce and is furthermore a strong proponent of free trade. While, as on the previous issue, many entities of the empire are allowed to diverge from the policies of the centralized government in effect no autonomous entity has so far been able to do so without its economy collapsing and at present 99.7 % of all subjects under Heaven live in entities that are in full compliance with the WA regulations on the matter. Only eight entities oppose the meassure, three of which is religious monastic orders, which doesn't have money economies, two of which is by choice uncontacted peoples, which doesn't have economies, and two government monopolies which is not given competencies neither to respect and acknowledge nor disrespect and disacknowledge WA regulations.
Regarding your third question I must regretable reply that no, the centralized government does not respect and acknowledge the undoubtable superiority of a democratic government nor does many of the entities in communion with Ar-Minalêth. While all but a handfull of entities of the Empire is recognised as full democracies many an entity, thus also the centralized government, refuses to accept democratic superiority and has on rare occassions supported non democratic forces against democratic forces abroad. The centralized government holds that democracy is the most ideal form of government but does not believe that democracy in itself is a goal and holds it to be only desireable if it leads to a better live for the citizens living under it. As a direct democracy the centralized government of the Empire is well aware of the drawbacks of an uneducated mass impossing its will on complex matters of policy that the majority of the electorate can not fully comprehend. Certainly Yohannes, a state that to our knowledge isn't a direct democracy, must be aware that a democracy can very easily become a tyranny of the majority. So to conclude the centralized government and the majority of the entities in communion with it agrees that democracy is an admireable form of government but is also aware of the problems facing such a government. To quote a previous Supreme High Chancellor "The second greatest disaster a country can experience is democracy. The greatest disaster is something else."
