The Novikovian Self Defense Forces (NOK) wishes to inquire as to the possibility of purchasing a total of 3.294 AY1 'Serenity' Main Battle Tanks. After extensive testing of the LY9 'Dire Wolf' Heavy Tank, the NOK has reached the conclusing that such a platform is not cost effective for their intended role within the NOK. We believe that the AY1 'Serenity' will offer a much more efficent alternative to the more expensive Lyran platform. As such, all funds intended for the purchase of LY9 Heavy Tanks will be made available for the purchase of this excelent alternative. Full payment of NS$ 45,4572 billion shall be made upon the acceptance of this request. If at all possible, the NOK requests that the Novikovian Merchant Marine carry out the transport of this order, at the earliest convienence of VWK AG, and in full accordance with the laws of the Dual Monarchy. We thank the VWK for their consideration.
