The majority of our newly created capital will still be injected towards old world nations, but we believe that the time has come for us to acknowledge that the now-declining old order are nothing but a thing of the past, and pursue our own path and give more credit to the new generation of imperialists, new conquerors, fresh powers and nations of the new world region; as we have personally seen that that is where the growth has been for the last 2 years (and especially intensifying in terms of NationStates community growth this year) while the old world communities of the official forums stagnated and declined slowly with no sign of ever reclaiming its once much guarded [but as we know now actually very shaky] position.

And we have no intention of going back to the past.
