The index for information technology, the Dian 50, fell 976.89 points to close at 23,004.03 points. Todays gains were due to sudden economic contraction due to decreased exports, weakening currency, decreasing GDP per Capita, and overall GDP contraction. The economy contracted by 4.43%, losing IK$ 6.96 trillion.

- The Asian Federation government offically announced that Empress Euphemia was mentally unstable, causing many citizens to panic in fear of governmental collapse in the event of her death. No announcement was made on Holy Emperor Aidan's stability after coping with his wife's mental illness, but it has been speculated that the Holy Monarch's health has been damaged in some way. Sudden economic collapse was due to fears in the populace that central control would falter, but also due to decreasing exports.
