ABOUT
Czasrozkontrol, or the Czaslyudian Proliferation Control Agency (AKRCT), is a government agency under the purview of the Federal Republic of Czaslyudian Peoples (FRCP). The agency has a triple role: to provide monitoring of Czaslyudian weapons proliferation and combat its illicit traffic, to build relations with prolific arms manufacturers and distributors, and also is the designated and official intermediary for foreign sales of Czaslyudian military equipment. Czasrozkontrol deals with the domestic defence industry of the FRCP, vetting and logging products sold abroad, as well as serving as a one-stop shop for buyers interested in Czaslyudian military goods. As it is a direct appendage of the FRCP's Department of Commerce, the agency is the country's sole import-export corporation for arms, working as an intermediary between foreign buyers, state entities, and the private defense sector for the sale of their products.
Czaslyudian arms come from a nation with a broad industrial base experienced in mass-production, deep pool of technical and organizational skill, and a design ethos that favors functionality over bling, and modesty over design bloat. A Czaslyudian weapon system is survivable, robust, and plentiful, meant for punching above your weight.

The Universal Rifling Collective (Czas: Universalʹnyy Striletsʹkyy Kolektyv, USK) is the FRCP's national defense champion, a nominally private corporation backed by the Federal Republic to push forward industrial defense policy and represent the country's interests in the global market. After the monopoly of the Wassily Universal Rifling Company (WURCo.) was broken with the New Defense Industry Act of 2024, the Universal Rifling Collective was formed to preserve the industrial capacity of the former giant-- it was later partially privatized to reduce costs, resulting in its present state of oligopoly. USK has several acquisitions which are responsible for important sources of Czaslyudian military equipment, including the Gorevian Machine Plant for armored vehicles and guns and Kirilov Small Arms Plant in Gorevia, as well as other much larger subsidiaries. KB Maksima is responsible for turboprop aircraft such as the KB-14 maritime patrol aircraft, as well as being the proud innovator in Czaslyudian drone and unmanned air systems technology. Apart from military systems, KB Maksima ADB has a successful civilian line of personal aircraft. |
Vikentiy Ilyich Rotary Design Collective |

Sukosyan Systems Technologies |
| Sukosyan Systems Technologies (SST) is an important government contractor focusing on sensors, information systems, human-machine interfaces. EXPORT CONTROLS
The FRCP Department of Commerce is obligated to adhere to internal government guidelines that prohibit the sale to any purchaser that matches any one or more of the following definitions:
- any individual or non-state actor without the explicit permission of its parent state;
- any actor or individual that has deliberately or otherwise trafficked in nuclear materials, chemical or biological weapons, or weapons known to cause disproportionate suffering;
- any actor or individual that is the subject to a resolution by a regional international body (e.g. the World Assembly, Greater Dienstad Regional Council), particularly GDRC Resolution #2, Resolution #8, or any state that bears an official condemnation by the World Assembly.
The Czaslyudian Proliferation Control Agency is also entitled to refuse business based on the following criteria:
- Reasonable concern about the sovereignty of the purchasing party, such as in a scenario where the purchasing party is a government-in-exile, is in the midst of a civil war, or has very little international recognition to confirm its existence (e.g. a one-person microstate);
- Reasonable concern that the purchasing party will engage in aggressive action toward the vendor's state, the Federal Republic of Czaslyudian Peoples, or its allies and interests;
- Reasonable concern that the purchasing party is disingenuous (e.g. ordering a million billion products);
- Purchasing party is unable to provide payment in universally recognized currency, either in Universal Standard Dollars (USD) or Nationstates Standard Dollar (NSD), or national-specific currency with a clear conversion to such currencies. Shares of corporate stocks or other forms of barters are not accepted.
Parties intending on purchasing goods through CzasRozKontrol also acknowledge and take on the legal obligation of the following directives:
- That payment is to be made in full before the desired products are delivered;
- That 'refunds' are broadly not permitted and the purchasing party is in no way entitled to receive their payment back for any product duly delivered. There are, however, selective buyback programs that may apply for suitably maintained equipment;
- That equipment details and characteristics provided in brochures are acknowledged to be general descriptors, not actual capability. Actual system capabilities are frequently classified and are not approved for dissemination;
- That upon delivery of desired equipment, the purchasing party has no authority to make a sale or unauthorized proliferation of said equipment to third parties, and will be held culpable if this is in fact the case. The purchasing party will be held responsible for the fate of the equipment.
