Mining Colony : Now Hiring (Open)

The Steelers' mining colony has reached a point to where it can now hire people from other nations or empires. We are looking for people who need a job and who are willing to mine to better the colony's standing in the empire. The colony has been around for around 250 years and without the proper funding the level of advancement there is a good deal less then the rest of the empire. However now that it is as stable as a micro-nation it can now begin hiring more people across international boarders.

*Employees are encouraged to use their first few paychecks to buy/build a home in the colony so they do not have to commute every day to work*

GDP Gained From New Businesses : 839,171,963,000 NSD

Workers are paid by the Finance Managers (3) of the colony directed by the Secretary-Elect or the head of the colony. As of now workers are paid on how much that they produce. They are set into groups and what ever the group produces in a week is their pay check for that week, which is divided among the workers in that group. Therefore teamwork is encouraged to maximize worker payments.

After all of the payments are processed we retain a 20% profit for each kilo mined for every single type of mineral. 90% of that go back into the colony's economy and development. and the other 10% is to pay the 'higher ups' of the company, and to pay export taxes.

Since this colony is semi isolated and kind of far away from our main lands there are no major companies located here, making it a completely open field for investment. Starting on this colony are the mining company, and one housing company. You may add more to expand you business and get more profits, however we do have a 'high' income tax of 30%. Which is a lot lower then other parts of our nation.

I have some undesirables that I am fine with getting rid of; however, I do want them to pay back for their crimes. I would like to know if these 100,000 undesirables could work in the mines and send 50% of their net income back to Valgora? After a set amount they will be considered free but unable to re-enter Valgora. The application will be attached.

We ask for a meager 25% Stake in the mining colonies administration. In return we will invest an additional 3 Billion into the colony and help kick start the mining operation.
