Who we are
Optimis Cibariis speicalizes in one of the best known dishes in the Confederacy, known outside of the nation simply as the "jumble." Served in a bowl with the customers choice of authentic Confederate meats and vegetables, we try to provide our customers with top quality food for fair prices. One thing that Optimis Cibariis prides itself on, however, is the organic nature of all of what we provide. The Blackhelm Confederacy is, believe it or not, heavily invested in pro-animal and environmental actions, and in keeping with the ways of our homeland, at Optimis Cibariis we promise that all of our food is raised naturally and without chemicals.
Eating with ethics
Part of our guarantee is to use food grown not on the massive factory farms of many other corporations, but instead from family farmers who respect the land they cultivate and the creatures they raise. As much as possible, we try to buy our meat from animals that have been raised without the use of hormones and anti-biotics. Also, executives at Optimis Cibariis go to great lengths to ensure that the meat you are eating comes from animals who were treated humanely, and not raised in misery on terrible factory farms. Scared and frightened animals lead to worse meat, that's what we think, and throughout the Confederacy it is believed that no animal should be made to suffer needlessly, be it for food or dairy, and in our restaurants we hope to spread this idea abroad. The same goes for our plants, which we make sure are raised without chemicals, pesticides, or any of that kind of stuff. Good food, without the yuck.
