We express concern over this growing issue, and therefore offer any assistance you may need. With your permission, we would like to:
Bomb any rebel controlled villages to loosen their grip on those areas, making sure to only hit rebel encampments, not civilian targets.
Paradrop a total of 50,000 Neroterican troops into the capital. Our soldiers are well equipped and well trained. They will help train your soldiers while they are there.
Move our 1st and 2nd naval fleets into range of your shores in case anything comes up, along with 2 medical ships to take care of any wounded.
We need your permission to do this, and if you let us we hope to help you more in the future.

The free land of Anarchiesta did not "horrendously attack" your country. It was shown in the last cenus report that the people of Abudele detested the current wage-slave regime they were forced under. With no real civil liberties or political freedoms of ANY kind, we did what your people were too afraid to do for themselves and HELPED them in creating a free and fairer nation.
By asking for back-up from other states, it is becoming apparent to the rest of the world that they must all be under your influence of some kind, otherwise no other nation would support and aid such a corrupt nation. I hereby ask all those who offered their "aid" to stop, and think about this situation properly. By helping the people of Abudele, the only thing these slaves have to lose is the chains on their backs. We need all the help we can in order to eradicate corruption completely from our world, and here seems like a good place to start.

What policies are you disagreeing with exactly? The liberation of a completely corrupt nation seems to be a pretty rational thing to do, even more so when the people of the said nation can't even speak out against their own state due to no freedom of speech whatsoever. These "rebels" that you speak of don't even exist. No one is rebelling, it's our free land of true democracy freeing the people of a nation under a bullet. The people decided it was necessary for our land to do this, as it will benefit the rest of the world to have such corruption gone. We hope you reconsider your threat.
From, the people.

President George Agdgdgwengo speaking on behalf of his people
"Much of what was said in this statement issued by The Free Lands of Anarchiesta is nothing but preposterous, anarchistic drivel. This "census" that they speak of is nothing but a reference to a farcical story spun by one of the far-left newspapers of Abudele, claiming that the people are unhappy with the current government. The truth is that the people of Abudele are very happy with the current goverment and do not wish to have me deposed. The fact that the rebels claim to represent Anarchiesta proves that they are being backed and even aided by The Free Lands of Anarchiesta, who have always held a grudge against The Democratic Republic of Abudele after we closed our borders to them due to an influx of drugs which were being produced in Anarchiesta!"

less than a minute later, the first bombs were dropped. Nothing except the rebel targets were hit. And they were nearly obliterated.
Meanwhile, Neroterican troops in the capital were preparing for combat.
To Abudele
We propose a joint military operation to retake the area north of the capital. A combined Abudelian and Neroterican strike force will attack the closest northern village, and then continue throughout that northern area.

The Federation of Yuktova will remain neutral within this conflict. Unless these "government terrorists" attack our lands, then we will due our best to eliminate the threat of these "terrorists". We would use Yuktovain C-43 fighter jets to take out military targets. We would also send in the Yuktovain 1st Marine Guard, for protection of your capital, and anyone else who needs our protection.
