Truly, it is a work of evil, and must be stopped soon!
Unfortunately, the Emirate's forces are not yet equipped to intervene, mainly due to the enemy's distance from us!

"You are still a slaver. So, you are in an official state of war with the Herd and all other signatories of the Amistad Declaration.
I still do not understand why are slavers so eager to inform us, the abolitionists, of their crimes themselves...is that some form of national masochism?"

What sort of disadvantage could possibly be accrued by not practicing slavery? Maybe you say it is cheaper to have virtually free labour, but is it not better to stimulate economic growth by having free and free-thinking entrepreneurs rather than simply labour? Know you anything of simple economics? Perhaps you are unaware of that Amistad signatories regularly assist those nations which renounce slavery. Any alternative is better than that which you appear to esteem.
But the monetary aspect of your statement is not what most concerns us. The whole concept of the Amistad Declaration is that slavery is vile. If it is humaneness for which you are concerned, I suggest that liberation be an alternative to slaughter, not simply changing the tyrant. Slaves are not a commodity - they are oppressed people, undeserving of the positions they are in. You cannot take them as loot, and any attempt - any attempt - will be met with immediate and terrible war.

If you still mean as slaves, our message remains valid. It is entirely likely that soldiers have been conscripted, and may very well despise the ideology they fight for. Such things are difficult to judge.
However, if you mean as Prisoners of War, you cannot condemn them to a life of labour on your behalf, as said above. You have the right to punish them for war crimes, but it would be unjustly cruel not to repatriate them or to consider their crimes expunged eventually.

That we can live with. Do not overstep what can be considered justice, though; doing so is very dangerous.
