Tezdriani War (OOC thread)

With respect to Lyras asking for a halt to posting I'll just notify anyone interested here instead of writing it up just yet - my brigade's deep scouts are outside of Iu, and I hope to get into a skirmish or something with Unisilian (or anyone else already at Iu) spec ops/advance elements either inside or nearby to the city. I will begin this once Lyras has gotten his own post straightened out.

It'd be interesting for a skirmish, to excite a larger battle later, perhaps ?

At the time, it was the area controlled by Unilisia, Aquilina, Allanea, and Holy Marsh. But it was mostly Unilisia since his forces moved so quickly around and met with basically no opposition anywhere.

I was thinking a tracked recon platoon entering some 'burbs and fighting whatever you'd have available. As it ends I can use mortar fire from another recon platoon to make my getaway, and results would frame my actions in the city, whether to move into it or wait and throw my cards down elsewhere.

Regarding timeline, I assume my units left the city half an hour before launch, which gives them roughly 1 1/2 hours to get away. How big is the effect radius of your nuke?

'Bout a half mile at most, they're designed to not cause much fallout. You'll have plenty of time to get away, useless you meet up with some serious problems.

I didn't ask, nor would I have. Marshites will do their business and will only ask/tell/demand when it is needed.

Not in Ostgaard they aren't any, last time I checked. Though I tend to miss quite a few details, it seems.
