The city of Pendragon, near Yuma, Arzona, is made the Capital of Britanania. It was designed by the Emperor and his Court. It is a city of Palaces, and all top Nobles have Palaces there. The city is entirely protected by The Imperial Guard.

The members of BOTO are stationed outside of the city, in the suburbs, for security reasons.

The Emperor travels to Beirut, the military capital, to have a meeting with Heidar, his Chief of Staff.

The Emperor's paranoia forces him to send SCORPIA agents to all major cities, in the event of all out war. In his meeting with Heidar, a millitary plan in the event of World War is established, aptly named The Heidar Plan. (Im making a wiki for it, dont worry.)
