Corrigan: Men, we are friends with the soviets, but we are also friends with Britanania and Vergenskia, we need you guys to stop any possible war with these countries, you are the most highly trained men in the world, you can keep yourself hidden very easily, I will divide you guys into three teams, the Soviet, Britananian, and Vergenskian teams, you are to go to those countries and do what ever you can to prevent war, understood?

The city of Pendragon, near Yuma, Arzona, is made the Capital of Britanania. It was designed by the Emperor and his Court. It is a city of Palaces, and all top Nobles have Palaces there. The city is entirely protected by The Imperial Guard.

The Emperor's motorcarade appeard soon after the Imperial Guard. He is dreesed in full military attire, and his Vizier, Mustafa Kemal, stands next to him. The crowd cheer as they see thier leader. The Anthem of the Empire is played as he prepares to give a speech.
