I have a constitutional Tsardom, with a Menshevik Socialist Government, is that a problem?

Upon hearing of the formation of a new society of socialists, The Vacation State of OPArsenal was more than happy and willing to apply. However, upon further review of The Socialist Society, it has been determined that the organization is simply not for us at this time. Further, barring a massive reorganization of TSS's needlessly authoritarian structure and a protracted change in their policy of settling internal conflicts in the public arena, OPArsenal can never enter into this Society, nor can we recommend it to fellow socialist nations. It is unfortunate that what ought to be a strong, solid bloc is weakened by its founders' apparent thirst for authority and dominion over other socialist nations.

Official Communique of the Fascist Federation

We quote, directly from the charter:

The aims of the Socialist Society are:
To forge a strong brotherhood;
To spread the word of socialism and/or communism;
To establish a brotherhood capable of upholding values of socialism and/or communism, and to protect the sovereign rights of our socialist brothers, whilst at the same time, maintaining the values that unite us.
To preserve all forms of socialism and/or communism through a strong network of alliances.

This translates to "Form an Anti-Fascist War Council" to us. Thusly, we are demanding the breakup of this alliance (and possible reformation under different terms) and the permitting of surveillance by the Commissione per la Vigilanza e la Repressione dell'Antifascismo (to be referred to in the future as C.V.R.A.) so as to ensure our safety and avoid conflict.

However, while we do wish to avoid any sort of bloodshed, keep in mind that we are, once again, required by law to act on this via any means we deem fit, including military action. As some of you know, currently the Ryouese are attacking the Federation- this does not mean we can't summon the forces necessary to eliminate the Socialist Society while also neutralizing the Ryou Empire.

The Federation is giving the Socialists a chance to correct their ways. Please, for your good as well as that of our youth, take this chance.

If you READ my letter, I state I want to 'OVERSEE' my ally Western Russians - but have nothing to do with this alliance - therefore I see it irrelivant if I'm Socialist or not.
