We recognize that you do not feel that we are not "true" socialists. A true classless society is, indeed, a wondrous prospect. However, it is impossible to do so without the infrastructure required. Additionally, past attempts by the former Premiers, notably my predecessor, have been disastrous to the economy of our nation. We here in Tartonica are all in debt to every single monarch that has ever graced Tartonica, from the one that allowed for a law-making body of everyday citizens, to the current one who has opened Tartonica to many ideas from the international community. They have been helping the Assembly ever since its inception, ensuring a balance between all forms of humanity.

This translates to "Form an Anti-Fascist War Council" to us. Thusly, we are demanding the breakup of this alliance (and possible reformation under different terms) and the permitting of surveillance by the Commissione per la Vigilanza e la Repressione dell'Antifascismo (to be referred to in the future as C.V.R.A.) so as to ensure our safety and avoid conflict.

However, while we do wish to avoid any sort of bloodshed, keep in mind that we are, once again, required by law to act on this via any means we deem fit, including military action. As some of you know, currently the Ryouese are attacking the Federation- this does not mean we can't summon the forces necessary to eliminate the Socialist Society while also neutralizing the Ryou Empire.
