I'm in progress writing up a reply, but I hope your going to provide some hard evidence, otherwise the Republic isn't going to authorise any sort of pre-emptive strike, let alone a mission. And bear in mind it would have to be a threat to the REpublic as a whole, not just the Jedi Order, as they would sooner die themselves then let the REpublic fall because of them.

If you like, we could join forces as well. Since our goals are similar, I think we have a lot to gain from working together.

Besides, I'm curious how the Ben boys and the Saurisian forces will react to the mature of my fleet and their equipment.
