As Branko moved forward an aide walked in and informed him of the arrival of the delegation from Tatec and that full preparations were being undertaken to get them safely to the trial
"Well we've managed to keep up with private investment and innovation in industry. I'll think you'll see some of that innovation once we arrive in the capital. I congratulate you on your spectacular arrival to this nation, I have not seen that type of entrance made by anyone since I worked in the army" Branko said trying to keep up some minor dialogue
Branko then turned and made his way slowly towards the entrance of the building again to see the Limo pulling up, it's driver getting out and preparing the door for the delegation to enter it again.
"I've just received word of another delegation arriving. We shall both meet when the vehicle arrives at the Capital. It seems things are getting closer to the pages of history"
Sutjeska International Airport
The Sremski Delegation had been preparing for the arrival of the delegation from Tatec since the aircraft entered Sremski airspace and Vice President Ivan Riban had been sent to welcome the leader of Tatec personally and escort him towards the trial that was taking place in the capital.
Vice-President Riban re-read the intelligence report on President McKay as he saw the President walking towards him, he knew the weird sense of devotion he had installed on his citizens and his rise to power in the country was swift and since then the President had acted to project the country into the front-line of the international community.
"Mr President. It's an honour to welcome you to Sremski. We've prepared transport to take you, I and the rest of your delegation to the location of the trail" Riban said moving his hand out to shake the Presidents hand.
"Vice-President Riban. It's an honour to visit Belgrade again, even more so to take part in such a historical trial" McKay said shaking the Vice-President's hand and getting inside the limo, covered in the flags of both nations.
"Will President Branko be present at the trial. It's unfortunate that he took over in such dreadful circumstances, however he was the right person to take over and stabilize the country in it's time of need. I remember meeting him at a trade conference some years ago and noting his possible potential down" McKay said watching the rest of the delegation get into their vehicles.
Limo Transport - Nis-Belgrade Hyperway
"Yes. The trial shall begin once we arrive in the capital" Riban stated moving into the vehicle and signalling for the motorcade to leave the airport and make it's way towards the Capital. "President Branko shall be present at the trail, this event is one of the most high-profile events in my countries entire history and the government has made this trail a priority to bring stability to the region" Riban said as the limo left the airport and made it's brief journey on the motorway before joining the vast hyperway leading towards Belgrade.
Around 15 minutes later the vehicle turned off the hyperway and joined the motorway leading towards the centre of Belgrade and the location of the trial
"We shall arrive at the location of the trial now. The former royal courthouse. When we arrive we shall greet the President and the Princess from Quendi. Riban stated passing the President a brief note on what will happen the rest of the day.
