Circasia, Under President James Kingsfeld has signed into order the Special Provisions and Security Act, with a vote of 122 Ayes and 83 nay's. The Special Provisions and Security Act states that in order to combat the red threat, efforts to incarcerate enemies of the state must be made. Over Seventy million members of the National Communist Party and the Red Socialist Party were arrested simultaneously around the country on tuesday for crimes against the state. The SPAS Act was first introduced into the Circasian Council after Communist riots in the capital blocked streets and left 800 dead. The riots had happened in response to Circasian Military arrest of Alexander Trokovicha, Party leader of the NCP, and Vivian Ferch, party chairwoman of the Red Socialist Party.
"This Act was passed to directly combat the red filth that has infiltrated Circasian life. We cannot allow the communist's and socialist to pollute our Circasian way any longer. Circasia must take every measure to combat this scourge before it takes control of everything we hold dear," said Major-General Hugo Wellington, the man in charge of Operation Purifier.
"Media is having a field day with this Mr. President. We have re-election to think of next year," answered Patrik Patregani, Department Chief of Media.
"Patrik, my friend," the President said with a sigh,"Re-election isn't as important as protecting Circasia. We must listen to General Wellington."
The President paused looking over General Wellington, "General Wellington, you have your orders, purify Circasia."
"Yes Mr. President," the General said with a smile.
