White represents peace, which Jbeil hopes to achieve.
Red symbolized the blood shed by the Republicans during the "Revolution".
And the sun symbolized beauty, which Jbeili culture admires, and it symbolizes the ability of the Jbeili government to see far away, like the sun.

Oh, and another note, anyone who thinks they are good with making Flags/Seals, do you think you could give it a shot at making my flag a little better?
