Also, there is a huge anti-sovereignty vibe coming from the Lyras side of the Lyras-GT war. I am trying to rally pro-sovereignty nations to fight off Lyras's allies. GT and Lyras can duke it out (poor GT) for I care, but there seems to be a huge "no slavery through gangbanging people smaller than us" sentiment that I think should be addressed. Also, Lyras's lack of diplomacy is ICly condemnable imo, but I don't think anyone is coming to his direct rescue. I do think that there are many alliances who would frown upon the involvement of some those nations, and I think the SEC many wish stand up to them. Not war per se, but condemnations and possible aid.

Not Lyras so much as his allies. He has sent a lolhuge army for breaking an economic treaty without even trying to get his investment back. Seriously, just waving a Longsword in GT's face probably would have done the trick. Now a bunch of nations are rallying to Lyras with overwhelmingly anti-slavery and anti-sovereignty sentiments. They are also condoning things that I hope will incite the e20 (massive blockades, interfering with global trade, etc etc).

IC-ly I have little contact with those nations so my trade won't be hit. I am avoiding that RP though. The quality is going to be (hopefully) at a level I can't match, and I think Terizdan is going to lose anyway. Plus, Lyras always does that. If your ever going to do a deal with Lyras, pay on fucking time.

The whole thing is stupid. Lyras is going to spend more money invading and lose tens of millions of soldiers.

Again, I really don't want military conflict with Lyras. It's his allies I have the biggest IC problem with. They are setting a terrible precedence that I think should be seen as a threat to many many organizations. I think many are joining for an easy win, or to impose anti-sovereignty ideals. The fact that Lyras is involved seems to be making others not want to get involved, which I think is deplorable, especially when the stand can be taken against his allies alone.
