Oh Ok, will we be using brown water navies too? From what I can understand:

Blue-Water Navy: Open seas, aircraft carriers, large ships.
Green-Water Navy: Smaller class ships, for ports and coastlines etc.
Brown-Water Navy: Small rivers, gunboats (like Vietnam) etc.

Actually what we wan't is a Blue water navy. We need to be able to project ourselves like the US with its carrier groups. A Blue water navy still contains patrol boats for rivers.

If you do make Patrol boats for inland rivers etc. I will not allow them into my nation. I am fine allowing a carrier group into a port, or an airbase or land base, but I don't want an S.E.C force actively patrolling my waterways.

I also don't mind it...But, I would ask that, except for certain circumstances, if a vessel is manned by a completely foreign crew, a Jbeili ship escort them too...

We feel that allowing S.E.C vessels to patrol rivers like that makes it harder to establish trust between nations and organisation such as this. We also feel that there is an extreme security risk, if a ship outside of your nations control is able to freely patrol and observe your nation like that. Especially since, as an Island nation my rivers have been the bed rocks for my nations civilisation and many rivers still have important government things that we would prefer to keep people away from.
