Aquilinia sees it with suspicion as well. We'll follow any action the SEC takes, for the moment it has been decided to stay neutral, though. The Steel Pact is hostile to it too, but I haven't decided yet if I should follow them if they call for war.

You don't have to do that. You can be sneaky about it.

Have a small military, say only 40,000 strong, that gives you the room to equip them with loladvanced tech. And have what's left over go to defences for the city-state, and Black Ops teams.
