OOC: How shall we organize this system and who will vote on it, and give the ranks to the member's?

OOC: Here's my idea in a picture:

Officer would be IM but since he is gone his responsibilities get past down to the Deputy Officers who are me and RB. Thus we take his responsibilities of appointing people to their positions. I believe that the Officer should assign the positions just so that we don't have to bother with elections and what not and IM is a pretty good judge of character and should be able to appoint people just fine.

The Recruitment Officers have to approve of any applications if the Officer is absent and will also talk to well-known RPers to make them aware of the opportunity of the JSF. They will of course not heckle people into joining

The Activity Officer makes telegrams for the telegrammers to use and makes sure the wiki updaters know what needs to be done. The telegrammer will send telegrams out to members to inform them of upcoming events or new threads. The wiki updaters will make sure the wiki pages are up-to-date.

Internal Affairs Officers will resolve any issues between players to make sure the JSF stays friendly

Remembering the fight of which he was forced to fight his former teammate, Tomas cringed at the memory of the gunshot wound to his leg. The newcomer would make a good addition to the team if he could consistently make such shots, "Sure send him down as soon as possible."

"First of all it is O'Rourke not Roberts who is the co-leader and secondly we will be getting to the matter of rankings in due time," Tomas said, "first of all I would like to bring up the fact that the base island had been refitted with a port and better infrastructure so we don't run into any problems like we did with the Sicillians back in the day. My second point I would like to bring up is that our armoury has been re-stocked with up-to-date Itailian weapons. Weapons of your nations can be placed inside upon your request."

"Sweet, Remora twelve's!" James excalimed. Semi-automatic shotguns were his favourite weapons at the moment - R12's, AA12's, and the Saiga-12 were all among his favourites. "I'll have a list of weapons that I would like to be submitted in a few hours."

OOC: i've spent a fair bit of time working it out, it has no recoil when shoulder-rested. At all (but the front of the gun moves, it's really complicated to explain with just words)

hipfire and unmounted fire still have recoil (because the counter-system is all in the stock.

he stock has small sections that collapse in with the stabiliser rods that are fitted, these slot into the stock tubes with a select engageable spring and create a perfect firing platform.

like I said, it's hard to explain and you're probably going 'lulwut'

recoilless at 1 shot, Burst and A suffer low levels of recoil due to the requirements of engaging the spring (automatically done with fire selection)

Sheppard shot a glare at the Brit who walked in. Stryklans could remember wars - and Sheppard certainly remembered the Gibetian wars. After all, the Britannian's goddamned liberal government wasn't desirable to any Stryklan at all. Nor was living n Britannia. Or any country aside from Strykla. After biting his tongue when he would've said something like "svoloch", he stayed standing silently next to Tomas. When he mention the weapons, Sheppard suppressed a smile. Yes, the logistics of it might be a horror show, but he'd long been practicing with Stryklan heavy weapons. The DL22 and especially the GL40 were his favorites. The RG-R10 weighed a ton, but with the exoskeleton it didn't matter.

O'Rourke noticed the glare from Sheppard, but passed it off as mere suspicion. He looked directly at Tomas when he said that weapons could be suggested, and immediately spoke right afterwards.
"If you're open to the idea, the FGR chambered in the 7.5x55mm calibre would be an ideal battle rifle. The 7.5mm round has the same hitting power as the 7.62x51mm round, but it's generally a higher-grade bullet." O'Rourke fell silent, a considerative look coming over his face.

"At least, that's what they told us back in basic training, before the Expeditionary Force switched over to the R2s and whatnot. Bloody good weapons those were. Expensive, though, I'll give yeh that," the Hibernian finished, flashing those present as disarming a smile as he could muster.

Viktor then reached over and shook his hand. " As to you Tomas. Anyway I'm a great sniper. Of course you found that out in Western Cuba in a bad way and I deeply apologize for that since were on the same team now. I'm also very good at stealth and hacking computers. If you need me to assassinate someone I'm the one for the job. As of shock and awe missions not so much. I'm not that kind of guy that can just go in and whop ass like you and Lopez.

Anyway who is head of JSF-1?

OOC: I suggest we re-organize the squads completely and make up a new list.

Asrawn entered the conference room.  He wore the dress uniform of the Mossacian Army, an ACU pattern consisting of black and dark blue.  A Lieutenant's hat was worn up on his head with the letter X on the front in bright yellow.  In one hand he carried a black attaché case, upon which was the insignia of the Mossacian First Legion.

He walked to a chair at the table and paused when he reached it.

"Good day everyone, I hope that I do not interrupt this conference with my entrance.  My name is Lieutenant Asrawn Stahlner, Mossacian First Legion, Tenth Army.  I was transferred to the Joint Strike Force upon evaluation of my abilities by FLICOM, the First Legion Internal Command, and I hope to exceed expectations as required for the JSF.  If you have any questions or would like to view any documents," he tapped on the attaché case, "please do ask, and I will be more than willing.". He removed his Lieutenant's hat and took his seat at the conference table.

Also, the chances of a normal person downing the bottle are about 1/1000, as Thomas (Obamacain) knows from his trip on a Novan carrier. It's Novan liquid, don't trust it. Ever. Especially the stuff that looks normal

"Doubt it would be that effective - doubt he has any brain to knock out. As for the ranks we are looking at about 10-12 different ranks from Entry Level to High Agent (some better name is needed for the top level). Assent through these levels will be based upon participation and they will be useful for more proper team distribution."
