- December 2010: [Layarteb] Layartebian Special Forces and elements of the Imperial Layartebian Navy assist the Tetrikan government in attacking Egypt. The Empire of Layarteb focuses on Ismailia, where Sepah-e Pasdaran terrorists whom have escaped from Turkey are located. During the war, the Tetrikan government collapses amidst riots and a military coup in Egypt removes the hostile, Egyptian government in Cairo. The new government rescinds all previous penalties and restrictions against the Empire of Layarteb and grants use of the Suez Canal in full.
December 2011: [Gliskor] Colonel Khalid Abbas Samara, Commanding, attempts to take control of the junta government with an organized strike against the upper echelons of command. His plans are discovered before execution, and he escapes the country to Libya, formerly Klievan territory, now home to a conglomeration of tribal leaders, warlords, and mercenaries.
February 2012: [Gliskor] Colonel Samara meets Emir Yahya Guda El-Ghazzawy, a Libyan warlord and leader of a splinter cell of Al-Shams, called the Muharib Allah'in (Warriors of Allah).
March 2012: [Gliskor] Colonel Samara and Emir El-Ghazzawy consolidate their forces and begin contacting sympathetic warlords and tribal leaders in a bid to take over Libya. Meanwhile, members of Muharib Allah'in led by Kareem Rostami begin to infiltrate and form cells within Egypt in preparation for a call to action in the near future.
