I'd also like to ask that if I was to take China (stressing the *if*) that instead of making a post about 'my emerging nation' I could instead invade Spizania on the basis of taking the birth and grave towns of one of our national religion's leaders (Lumbini, Nepal : Kushinagar, India), I'd be a religious crusade of course and I'd stop once I took the two locations or started to lose significant grounds. (If Spizania would accept the call for peace)

If you wanted to invade from within you'd need permission for that and to invade from outside then you have to notify at least but I'd establish myself first.
