Well I have been looking to offload it but not without an RP.

Lich is a strongly independent republic (has no ties whatsoever with my actual African nation). It values democracy but values money more. We can start an RP and see where it goes. I should also make mention that they have no army but I've just been begging to RP an insurgency so use force at your own rish

Sounds like it'd make an interesting RP and I have some ideas. Tg me if there's anything you'd like to plan out or any info like and leaders and such.

I'd like to instead join as a partial member as it seems that, correct me if I'm wrong, that nobody is currently a partial member and I thought it would be something different and add somethign different to the excellent Role Playing that is Earth II.

I'd like to try my hand at Role Playing a Global Organization obviously called VARTEM (Violence, Anarchy, Revenge, Terror, Extorsion and Murder). Bit of a cheesy name but I thought it sounded alright. It will be a very secretive organization and present will only have 7 members. Don't worry they'll me more men, money goes a long way in this world.

I haven't come up with a location for the organization just yet but I'll let you know when I have come up with one.

Here goes. As I said before there is just Seven members in the inner circle of VARTEM for now and their nationality is going to be Russian. Yeah I know they're always shown as terrorists but their just so damn cool at doing it. Looking at the map there is huge swathes of land unnocupied in Russia so they'll have their base somewhere in Russia, most likely Moscow but they'll be moving across the globe gaining contacts and bases. If these locations, that I'll make known in the future, are in any player occupied territory I will ask for your permission to roleplay.

Basically the organization has fully realised that all men like themselves are driven by one thing and one thing only. Chaos. They've seen the fall of their great Russian nation but they don't want to rebuild it. They believe it is filled with weak men, perverted by other nations and have lost sight of their ambitions, now the only way forward is to end everything, everywhere. They'll look to play on the fears of nations across the globe, building tensions between nations already at eachothers throats, turning allies upon one another, funding the evils of terrorism and ultimately causing the utter chaos that this world knows so much about. From the ashes of destruction their new vision will rise.

It only ends when the last man standing has fallen.

If I'm able to join Earth II as a global terrorism organization then I was wondering if I could begin on my Role Play which will hopefuly encompass all nations on Earth II and hopefully will be a very long running post and add a new story and history to E2. I'll contact those who will be immediately effected by certain "Acts" in this RP and ask for permission to include you in it. I look forward to bringing a new chapter to E2 history.
