That company is a mess. The T-34 would be annihilated in about four seconds flat on a modern battlefield and the F-14 Tomcat for air support? Do you mean air combat or close air support because if it's the latter Company X is going to last maybe forty seconds on the battlefield.

The whole force is supposed to an anti infantry unit, so the T-34s are really all they need to deal with infantry...that doesn't have any form of anti tank weapons. the light armor and pathetic air support is designed to emphasize this. It's made up of Foreign Legionnaires so they are expendable. (edited out the Marines portion) I edited out the Tomcat, replaced it with the A-10 for close air support but even still that leaves the unit more or less unsupported.
Company X has to purchase their own gear and since they really have not been employed anywhere yet they have to settle for bad equipment. When they've been in a few Rps (one of which I am planning now.) and have some funds, better stuff will be added and the crap like the T-34 will be taken out.

On the T-34 issue, once they are in a few campaigns and make some cash they will have better tanks. The whole business is in a start up phase right now, and money is tight.

BlackAdder Security LLC may be interested in a full buy-out of Company X.
