Now you may ask me; "why do you want to know that?" Well that's a very good question. My little country doesn't have an extradition treaty with anyone, nor will it ever. And not only that, but my countries leader actually encourages terrorist groups and pirates to come and set up shop in her country as long as they are friendly to her regime. She's not actively promoting the attacks against your nation, but she is giving them the supplies and training to do so. Their is only one catch, they must not cary out any attack directly from her country (or of course on her country). So it'll be hard to track them. Plus the weapons manufactured in Asrius Eram are mainly German (manufactured by an old license) and almost totally unable to trace back to Asrius Eram because they have no identification marks what so ever.
Pretty much, your terrorist groups have suddenly become better armed and trained, as well as more active and effective. And your pirate groups have found safe harbor in Asrius Eram. They all are setting up shop in the slums of Asrius Eram.

Hmm, there's probably some pretty pissed off people in Paraguay still, and most of Brazil is overrun with crime lords and warlords. Most dangerous are going to be the Pan Latin remnants that arise after I take the former Latin territory (if I take it)
