It's a cool RP. How much of it would ICly be known by the world? I mean I have those two territories in Brazil (Colony of Denmad) on the coast and two by Venezuela (Amazonian Control Territory) but I mean I have no real role in Brazil.

Well The Liberal Wave has complete control of the Capital (Brasilia) and of Goias, and currently is taking control of the rest of my claims list, so diplomatically the government of the Liberal Wave is making itself known to the world. I’m going to have a reach out to the world post somewhere near the end of the RP, but right now I’m concentrating on the main plot line. The sex trafficking part of the RP is known on the black market of the world, many buyers coming from around the globe to buy girls from the warlords that run the Brazilian market, which in turn funds the warlords war effort.

Well The Liberal Wave has complete control of the Capital (Brasilia) and of Goias, and currently is taking control of the rest of my claims list, so diplomatically the government of the Liberal Wave is making itself known to the world. I’m going to have a reach out to the world post somewhere near the end of the RP, but right now I’m concentrating on the main plot line. The sex trafficking part of the RP is known on the black market of the world, many buyers coming from around the globe to buy girls from the warlords that run the Brazilian market, which in turn funds the warlords war effort.

Amazonian Control Territory
Location: Amazonas & Roraima

The Amazonian Control Territory, once the Republic of the Amazon, was an independent state in the world. In 2007, there was a major insurrection in Venezuela. Insurrectionists who were not killed or captured escaped into the Republic of the Amazon. Following the government's non-desire to assist the Empire, we invaded (see Ride the Lightning Chapter 19 for this story arch). Since July 3, 2007, the Empire has had full control over the territory but there has been a raging insurgency since then, which goes through periods of violence and no violence. At the moment its not violent there but it's been back and fourth since then with a lot of people killed and injured, both soldiers and civilians as well as insurgents. In September 2007, the Empire attacked Mato Grosso for aiding insurgent forces in the Amazonian Control Territory. The result was more of a draw; although, our military objectives were met (same RTL chapter as before). Despite the current situation and the military rule over the country (sort of like Iraq in a way but less botched), it is riddled with crime and poverty (hence why it's a territory and not an official part of the Empire). It's citizens are not part of the Empire nor are they allowed to travel freely into the Empire unless they obtain prior consent through a visa. A black market syndicate would find the place extremely profitable but I can tell you that we have really fortified the border around the ACT but of course, there exist tunnels and what not that we still haven't found.

The Colony of Denmad is a special economic zone. It has a lot of relaxed laws compared to the rest of the Empire and it enjoys self rule. It has a booming commercial and tourism industry as well as the honor of being a major industrial center for the world.

Bibbulmun Track, Western Australia. Great 1,000km track with wonderful outback scenery. I like to do segments each year.

Segments of the trail or you did roughly 600 miles thru? Either way that rocks, has to be great backpacking in Aussieland. My friends and I are getting ready for the Appalachian Trail in a few years. 2,000 miles from Georgia to Maine.
