So just so it's here for the record since I'm updating, Spain will go to new members only but I am keeping the Baleric Islands. There are three airbases in Spain I operate out of: Morón Air Base, Torrejón Air Base, Zaragoza Air Force Base. Belgium is going to go to Banjamos pending his confirmation. The Baleric Islands will join the Atlantic Republic as the worlds' party capital (like IRL with Ibiza and shit).

Decree 8: Land Transfers
All land transferred amongst players must be done in a specific way to avoid any attempt of theft. When a land transfer is completed, all parties must post and affirm the land transfer in the main thread or it will not be recognized. Additionally, land cannot be transferred to avoid the outcome of an RP, to avoid a loss, to avoid destruction, et cetera. Land may be lost as the outcome of an RP but only with the conclusion of said RP. Whatever lands a participant enters the RP with, they must maintain throughout the course of the RP and it may not be traded away to a third party within the full consent of everyone within the active RP. This includes all land, whether contested or not.
