What is Policy regarding High-Altitude-Electro-Magnetic-Pulse and High-Altitude-Nuclear-Air-Burst weapons?
To take out incoming aircraft and the like. Not WMD scale. Just a few Kt. 1 or 4 maybe. R&D wants approval to create, test, and possibly implement it as a Retaliatory/Stop-the-First-Strike weapon.

I'm unsure at the moment but something less of formal of course.. a ball perhaps? Have one of the nations holding an international gathering, a grand ball things like.

Have our leaders come together and socialize, some romance perhaps? Hmm..

Should it not necessarily be a ball, it could be a wedding, a celebration, or an anniversary.. Depending on who would hav them, if it a ball, we have nations register under a "voting committee" and have the rest of ULN vote for... say?

Suggestion: Edit the Application sheet to find out whether the applicant supports slavery. Depending on how the current vote goes, it might help.

As I quote from a previous post, one of New Korongo's lines in his first post: "All types of government and ideology are accepted.".
Slavery is an ideology, therefore it is allowed.
