There's been a recent humanitarian aid interest that I've spotted. Since I'm commander of the ULN's forces, I'm mobilising them. I'll explain a little more later...

I'm not sure about that. We should have a poll about it if it isn't. Personally I'd vote to disallow slave states from membership, no offense.
