Greetings, brothers and sisters of the World, on behalf of the Church of Humanity Unchained. I have come before you all to spread our message, a message of peace, justice, the improvement of the human being. I come before you all to ask you to cast off these chains of theist belief, and free your mind and body from the bondage of the Bibles, Torahs and Koran's that so many of you slavishly follow!

I come before you to ask you to improve yourself, improve your people...improve your race. So, for the first time in our one-thousand year history, the Church of Humanity Unchained opens its doors and spreads its arms to welcome those who wish to know of these things I proclaim! Sent with this proclamation is a statement by which any may make known their intent to join us.

To the Church of Humanity Unchained,

Religion, a falsified belief, incepted to protect feeble minds from the unknown. Religion, in all of its molested forms is that basic thing: a way to explain things that are not understood. But, as science has grown, it has proven the religious beliefs to be false, and that there is no constructed all-powerful figure. Furthermore, the falsified existence of such a being has led to a myriad of wars and the greatest loss of life than any other motive. It is such, that Solm being a nation based on empirical evidence rather than surrendering it to a non-existant entity, that we humbly apply for membership to this esteemed church.

It is not our prerogative to establish this church as the universal, and official, one of the Federative Noocracy of Solm, due to the constitutional-enforced liberty of religion to our populace. From this day onward, however, we shall make it our goal to contribute towards the bonding organization of the Church of Humanity Unchained and make it our goal to assist all nations following the church in all matters possible. We shall also hope that the Church of Humanity Unchained set up places of serenity within our nation to assist our populace in its endeavors of peace.

Henceforth, we submit the requested application to join the Church of Humanity Unchained as a de facto atheist state, whose populace is almost unanimously atheist. We hope that through this church, our people may strive towards greater peace and justice may be found in all stages of life in this world. We hope that we can establish treaties with the varying other states belonging to the great church of humanity unchained. But, more-so, as a devout atheist nation, we hope that the Church of Humanity Unchained can rise as a potent church in the international community.
